2 RESTAURANT CONCEPT RESTAURANT HISTORY WEB SITE SIGNATURE MENU ATMOSPHERE AND DÉCOR HOURS OWNERSHIP Fact Sheet LongHorn Steakhouse is a full service, casual dining steakhouse serving both lunch and dinner. Emphasizing high quality, LongHorn appeals to all guests with its distinctive combination of attentive personalized service and flavorful entrees served in a warm, inviting, comfortable atmosphere. LongHorn opened its first restaurant in the Buckhead community of Atlanta, Ga., in Back then it was known as LongHorn Steaks, and it was during Atlanta s infamous SnowJam of January 1982 that stranded motorists (and a local restaurant critic) were lured inside by $1 drinks and food specials. They were won over by awesome steaks and genuine hospitality, bringing the LongHorn name local fame. Today LongHorn operates more than 480 restaurants nationwide. LongHorn is known for its passion for grilling fresh, tender, juicy steaks including the signature Flo s Filet and the Outlaw Ribeye. LongHorn also features an extensive menu consisting of fresh salmon, shrimp, chicken, and fall offthe bone ribs. Freshly made salads, soups, hearth baked bread and irresistible desserts accompany these delicious entrees. A well priced wine list featuring classic wines from California wineries are a wonderful complement to any meal. A full selection of liquor and beer are also available. The restaurant s warm, friendly atmosphere is reminiscent of rancher s home. Guests enjoy dining surrounded by soft natural materials accented by stacked stone as well as western inspired artwork that includes bronze sculptures and scenic paintings. The atmosphere provides an inviting place for guests to relax and unwind.
