1 Corporate meetings and party events at ArtHatch Reserve your corporate meeting / party event with us and be surrounded by amazing local art, great food, drink, and music! ArtHatch is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. The funds from your event help to support creation and exhibition of highly skilled, cutting edge artwork created by emerging artists from around the globe, provide affordable, juried studio space to local artists, and provide free exhibition space, art supplies, mentorship, and education for at-risk teen artists.
2 ABOUT OUR VENUE ArtHatch s 7,000 sq ft space is occupied by the front gallery, viewing room, lounge area, and 14 working artists studios featuring a wide variety of paintings, photography, jewelry, and sculpture. The studios will be open during your event for your guests to walk through while they watch the artists create live and answer questions. Select studios and gallery spaces will have food, beverages, and music, so your guests can enjoy surprising treats around every corner.
3 ArtHatch Rental Fee*: $1500 *$1200 of this fee is considered a donation to ArtHatch, which is a non-profit organization and is tax-deductable. The rental fee includes 2 servers, 5 belly bars and with 2 stools each, serving tables, and linens. ArtHatch can accommodate up to 200 guests. Catering is priced for 50 guests up to 200, with events lasting 2 hours. Below is a list of participating vendors available to cater your event. They offer a variety of food, desserts, music, photography, and beverage services to make your holiday event one to remember! **You may choose any number of vendors to cater your event. We will price your event based on the exact number of attendees. The prices indicated on the forms show what prices the party will be based on. Please indicate on the forms which vendors you would like and how many guests will be attending.
4 MUSIC OPTIONS Eric Brinker - Percussionist Eric has been a musician for over 40 years; his main instrumentation being the congas. Eric is able to draw and hold the attention of a crowd with his tantalizing, rhythmic hand movements. His skill is undeniable. Listeners cannot help but move to the groove of Eric s rhythm as he plays to jazz, old school, Latin, Salsa and a variety of other music genres. Eric will happily accommodate your company s music preference. - $200 for 2 hrs. - Please check box if you would like Eric Brinker as your music option Please Indicate preferred style of music: Greg Pusker - Solo Guitarist Plays a variety of styles from The Beatles to finger-picking bluegrass. 5 EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY Brandy Sebastian - Sebastian Photography 15 years of experience in professional photography both local and international for a variety of purposes, including weddings, events, portraits, and fine art. Please check appropriate box indicating which service you would like at your event. $200-1 hr. (includes up to 200 images) -or- $300-2 hrs. (includes up to 400 images)
6 FOOD OPTIONS VINZ WINE BAR Vinz offers a premium selection of delicious bites, charcuterie, pate, cheese, pizza, sandwiches, and salads. 7 JALAPENO GRILL Jalapeno Grill is a family owned and operated business. Starting from a small butcher shop in the 80 s, they take pride in their perfectly marinated and seasoned carne asada. You will receive a return with a complete estimate for your event, as well as confirmation of your selected date. Upon booking, we require a $1000 deposit, with the balance due 30 days prior to event. All bookings will recieve a $1200 tax reciept, a permanent 3.5x8 inch plaque on our gallery wall, and a link to your business on the donor page of our website at THANK YOU!
