1 Season Is Here! The KW Property Management Team at the Village Center is ready to serve the Paseo Community and its members. Who is the Paseo Master team? You can see by the organizational chart below, who the team members are and their reporting structure. A quick overview of each of our departments and team member roles and responsibilities are below to familiarize yourself with some of the main roles and responsibilities each department/team member plays here at the Village Center. Resort Attendants Red Polo Shirt This team monitors all of the pool deck areas to ensure members and their guest are enjoying the Village Center. This team reviews the rules with members and reminds everyone to be courteous while at play in the pool. In addition, the team cleans pool deck areas, remove trash, set furniture and cushions, re-fill water stations, clean windows, change movie marquee and perform the audiovisual duties for the theater. This team will move around the pool deck instead of being stationed at the gate, to ensure an enjoyable pool experience for everyone. Maintenance Neon Green Polo Shirt Maintenance covers all areas of the Village Center, Tennis Courts, Bocce, Basketball, Lifestyle Park, pools and parking lots. Their duties include but are not limited to window washing, power washing, maintain plumbing, heating, air conditioning, daily, weekly, monthly maintenance, preventative maintenance checks on all equipment, light bulb and timer replacement, paint, caulk, tile, repair locks, doors and fencing. Review and complete work orders based on daily assignments.

2 Housekeeping Blue Polo Shirt The team works hard to ensure every area of the center is clean and member ready. From re-stocking supplies in all of the restrooms to cleaning seating areas, mopping, window cleaning, vacuum, trash removal and deep cleaning the Village Center areas. Member Services Coral Blouse Our Member Services team is here to help all of our Paseo members in finding out what s on the menu, book reservations, purchase event tickets, join a fitness class, see a movie, buy a gift card or enjoy an ice cream cone. This team reviews guest forms, fingerprints new members and guests and ensure any repair issues reported to them are catalogued in our work order system. Administrative Assistant Business Casual Attire This position is important to keeping the office and operations of Paseo Master HOA flowing smoothly. Our administrative assistant collects and catalogues all bills and payment requests for all services, supplies, food and beverage. Tracking of work orders, comment cards, and violations are also part of the admin s role. Recreation Manager Various Color Polo Shirt Our Recreation Manager is responsible for the enhancement and implementation of all things fitness on the property. Maintains the fitness center equipment repairs, evaluates need for new equipment, create RFP s for work to be done in all of the fitness, tennis, bocce ball, basketball, and Lifestyle Park areas. Approves all instructors and classes prior to offering to members to ensure quality of classes given to members. Works with committees and groups such as the Tennis Committee, Running Club, and Bocce Ball Club. F&B Supervisors Various Color Polo Shirt - Melissa Ward & Chris Hess - They handle the daily operations in all F&B outlets. Customer service training, monitoring business levels and staffing at each outlet, track all food tickets in the service window, and ensure all team members are attentive, courteous are their primary focus. F&B Server & Bartender Purple Polo This is the team making sure our members are able to enjoy all of our restaurants and bars. Our servers and bartenders take your order, deliver drinks and food in a timely manner, and ensure member satisfaction with food and beverages. In addition, this team is responsible for cleaning tables, clearing dishes, stock supplies, napkin folding, glass and silverware polishing, and replenishing ice. Bar Back/Food Runner Purple Shirt This team ensures trash is emptied frequently in the venues, stocks bar items, assists in set-up of entertainment as needed, stocks ice, keeps all tables and chairs neat, clean and guest ready. They ensure hot food is delivered hot to the table Culinary Navy Blue Logo Dry Fit Shirt This is the team making all of the great food offered in the venues for our members. They prepare all the food items for regular scheduled restaurant times and for all events and private events for members. Kitchen Supervisor Chef Coat various colors with Paseo logo Our Kitchen Supervisor works to ensure the daily operations of the kitchen run smoothly in all of the venues. Reviews menu special with all service staff, tastings when needed, assists Chef in monitoring portion control, inventories and labor. Monitors consistency in all items and presentation (plating) out of the kitchen to the table. Assists with any dietary requirements from members.

3 Chef Chef Coat various colors with Paseo logo Our Chef ensures the kitchen is a well sounding symphony when it comes to serving food to the members. Chef oversees the ordering, deliveries, reviews credits, approve packing slips and ensure storage of all items are correct in coolers, freezers and dry storage areas. Cost all menus, private party planning and event menu planning. He is responsible for menu creation and development for all venues and creates weekly specials for venues and reviews specialty items with staff and culinary. Activities Director Business Attire Plans and executes all activities for members and books all meetings and event spaces for members, clubs and committees. Plans movie calendar, works with entertainers, and updates and maintains the website. She handles contracts and internal Banquet Event Orders created for staff set-up and event details. Works with the Social and Communications Committee. Décor, theme and overall venue settings reviewed and executed. Director of Operations Business Attire Oversees the daily operations of all managers, supervisors and team members in all departments. Reviews best practices and SOP s for all areas. Assist in training of all staff in customer service and standards of service. Tracks all violations of the Village Center pool rules and usage policies. Reviews work orders and overall property condition. Reviews all reports for sales, labor, and repairs. Active in all events and parties. Directly oversees the Resort Attendant department daily operations, scheduling and addresses issues. Efficiently deploys team members in each venue based on member volume. Acts as the General Manager in their absence. WHAT TO EXPECT IN SEASON? Many new faces on staff this season. We have hired several part time seasonal employees to ensure we can exceed the expectations of the members with attentive service, timeliness of food delivery, and fun, organized events for all. Increased coverage at the pool. We have added a few more resort attendants to ensure the pool deck always has one resort attendant present at all times. They can be seen walking around the pool deck daily between the hours of 8:30a and 6:00p. Please reach out to our attendants with any questions or concerns regarding the pool deck and the policies of this area. The event calendar has a variety of events for everyone, make sure to check the events calendar and stop at Member Services to sign up for the many events, parties and educational seminars.
