We are there to work with you every step of the way, from customizing menus, providing expert and friendly staffing, equipment rentals and entertainment all to ensure that your fun-filled BBQ is set for success from start to finish. Shopsy s Catering offers vegetarian, vegan, special dietary and halal options upon request. All BBQ menus include sliced tomatoes, onion, pickles, mustard, ketchup, in-house signature BBQ sauce, salt and pepper, disposable place settings, napkins and cutlery. Please note: BBQ rentals, staffing, chafing dishes, tables, linens, chairs, entertainment, environmentally friendly catering packaging and delivery charges and taxes are extra. All the above are available in lb sizes to suit your event requirements, and as a rule of thumb we recommend 1 lb per guest. Our chef will arrive well in advance of the event to set up, roast, carve and serve. After the meal, he will ensure everything is properly dismantled and dispose of all waste in a timely and responsible fashion.
