A surcharge may apply. Catering platters ordered on Sundays or public holiday incur a 15% surcharge. Platters ordered within 2 business days are subject to availability. 5 Menu Planning Considerations Please consider the following when planning to receive cold catering platters for your party or event. Already included: Fresh platters can be supplied with platter cards and menu cards as required. These ensure attendees know what selection is available and what is offered on each platter. Platters are presented ready for service with garnishes, and pre-wrapped. Simply unwrap and serve. Food is supplied on platters that do not need to be returned. Napkins (for food orders over $300). Condiments, eg, soy sauce, wasabi. Required at your venue: Please consider refrigeration needs if collecting platters from our outlet, and once at your venue. Our delivery services ensure your food arrives safely stored in thermal boxes. You will need to provide the name and contact number of your persona authorised to receive the platters on the day if you will not be there.
