All courtyard services have iced waters Courtyard Service if the wedding reception is held at the motel from $ (Celebrant not included) Ceremony Packages Available Bridal Suite Special Deal If your reception is held at the motel, a discounted rate applies when taking the bridal suite a cooked breakfast is included (room service, your breakfast menu must be placed into reception before 8.00pm that evening) Normally $ Discounted Rate $ bed & breakfast Buffet Breakfast Join your guests the next morning for a full buffet breakfast, minimum 20 guests, and bookings are essential. Vouchers for the breakfast are available from reception. Menu s available on request Cost $19.50 per adult $11.50 per child (4-13 years) Terms, Conditions, Bookings & Confirmations A $ deposit is required 7 days after a temporary booking to secure your event and date All functions have a maximum of 5.5 hours, (6 hours if taking a beverage package) All guests to depart by 12 midnight Final Payment Food, beverages & decorations are payable 48 hours prior to your function Final Numbers Final numbers are to be confirmed 4 days prior to your function; this is your chargeable amount, minimum numbers required, no refunds. A 15% surcharge applies to all food and beverages on a public holiday No extra charges apply on Sundays Cancellations All cancellations must be made in writing, if more than 60 days notice the deposit is refundable in full Prices subject to change 2015

CONFIRMATION All function bookings will only be confirmed once the Gold Creek Tourist Resort receives a completed Security Deposit form. To secure your booking the Gold Creek Tourist Resort requires a signed copy of these Terms & Conditions together with a completed Security Deposit form for $ FUNCTION TYPES Each function accepted by the Gold Creek Tourist Resort will be denoted as Wedding, Birthday, Christmas, Christening, Engagement, and Wake. It is essential if you are decorating your function, that no doors or entrances are blocked in any way. Please consult our Functions Manager for an explanation if necessary. FINAL CONFIRMATION Five (5) working days prior to the function, the GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT requires a guarantee number of guests. The GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT will charge in accordance with the numbers guaranteed.

5 Full details of charges will be listed on your GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT tax invoice for your prior approval. The tax invoice will be charged and payable 48 hours prior to the function. An invitee list (table seating) is required with the guest names and table number within 48 hours of the function. FINAL PAYMENT 48 hours prior to the function full payment is required. Payment Type accepted direct debit, cash, bank cheque, and credit card (payment by credit card will attract a small fee 1.5% of Invoice Cost) Bankcard, mastercard and visa are accepted. (No Amex or Diners) Business and personal cheque are accepted with prior arrangement. SECURITY GUARD CHARGES A security guard is required for any 18 th ; Security Guards are to be present for all functions for minors. Security guard charge is at your expense, we can organize the guard and charge it to your account on final payment. DAMAGES Damage to the GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT property during the function. The Resort will charge the hirer for any damages to the building, facilities and decorations. Sparklers are not permitted at the GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT at all, due to the fire risk. No confetti is allowed in the Courtyard or Function areas, a cleaning charge will apply. FUNCTION TIMES All function will have a maximum of 5 and not to exceed 6 hours. Functions shall not extend beyond 12 midnight and the guests must be departed within 15 minutes, during a function all guests must stay in their designated functions area. MINORS POLICY Persons under 18 years: Minors must remain within the designated event space and under constant supervision from a responsible adult, parent or guardian. Under no circumstances are minors allowed to consume alcohol on the Motels premises. A Proof of Age is requested from any person that may reasonably be suspected of being under the age of 25 years. LOST PROPERTY Whilst the staff of the GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT will take every care with the security and protection of property, the GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT is unable to accept any responsibility for damage or loss to property before, during or after the event. The Hirer is responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings, merchandise and gifts. CONTENT OF EVENT If the GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT has reason to believe that the event or any part of it will affect the smooth running of the Motels business, its security or reputation, the management reserves the right to cancel the event or any part of it at its discretion and without prior notice or liability, Any hired centerpieces must be collected by midnight SMOKING AND NOISE New outdoors smoking laws - there is No Smoking permitted inside the building, function rooms or courtyards. Smoking is only permitted in any areas that are non-licensed. No alcohol is allowed in these areas. The GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT has guest accommodation; all Functions invitees are requested to observe good behavior when leaving the premises. Duty Managers will restrict any unnecessarily loud music during a function. BEVERAGE POLICY Responsible Service of Alcohol: The GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT in the best interest of its guests and the community actively promotes the Responsible Service of Alcohol. Management and the staff of the GOLD CREEK TOURIST RESORT will monitor responsible Service of Alcohol. The event shall be conducted in all respects in an orderly and lawful manner and in accordance to conditions to Liquor Act. The Motel reserves the right to terminate the event in the case of any breech of these provisions and the Motel shall be under no liability to the client for any costs, damages or expenses arising from such a termination. The Motel reserves the right to remove any or all persons from the premises for any breech of these provisions, without liability. No Byo CANCELLATION A written notification of cancellation: More than 60 days prior to the function date, the deposit will be refunded in full. A temp hold will only be valid for 7 days without a deposit.
