OmniBlend South Africa was established in 2011, and based on our experience with the JTC OmniBlend brand since then, we can confidently say that this blender has stood the test of time. 5 Introducing the three OmniBlend models The OmniBlend I, III and V models have the same 3 horsepower motor, and it is just the operating panel that is different. The preferred model for different purposes is explained in the next section. Below you find a summary of the differences. Which model is best suited for you? The model best suited for your needs depends on what you will be using it for, and in what kind of environment. We ve listed some typical uses, and the recommended models: Bar /coffee shop: Restaurant kitchen / home use: Catering: OmniBlend V (timer settings that allow for multi-tasking, as the blender switches off automatically, or operate manually using the 3 speed settings) OmniBlend I (with a turn dial for variable speed control, to fully control the process of blending sauces, dressings, etc, and a pulse for a quick chop) OmniBlend III (just high and low speed setting, requires little training with great results) All models fit both the 1.5ltr and 2ltr jugs. The difference between the jugs is explained next. 5

6 The difference between the jugs The blender comes with a jug and tamper. Spare jugs can be purchased separately. Jugs are made of lightweight polycarbonate, which is extremely durable, and easy to clean. The jugs come in 2 sizes: 1.5 litre (square) and 2 litre (round). Both jugs are suited for blending liquids, and can crush ice cubes. The 1.5ltr jug is better suited for thick drinks (smoothies, freezos that take a lot of ice cubes & frozen fruits) as it has a wider base, which works better for that type of use. This jug can be used in combination with a sound enclosure. The 2ltr jug can also grind dry ingredients (the 1.5ltr jug is not suited for this), and because of the narrow base the jug works well for blending smaller quantities like spreads, hummus, and nut butters. The 2ltr jug is also the best choice for sauces and purees. The blade assembly can be replaced when the bearing is worn. No new jug has to be purchased, again making OmniBlend an economical choice in the long run. Colour availability All OmniBlend models are available in black, white or maroon 6

Its unique design covers the entire blender giving it maximum sound proofing. The sound enclosure only fits the 1.5ltr models. The 2ltr jug cannot be used in the sound enclosure (too tall). After-sales & Warranty: where to go for maintenance? The OmniBlend blenders come with a commercial warranty and a domestic warranty. Commercial: 3 years on the blender, limited to the blade assembly (1 year). Domestic: 3-year comprehensive warranty (optional 7-year warranty). For any maintenance enquiries you can contact us directly. We keep spare parts for repairs, and repairs can be completed in 1 working day of receipt of the blender. Spare parts can be ordered online, and service requests can be logged online too. Where is the blender made?
