9 GROUP DINING POLICIES Client commits to the stated minimum attendance of guaranteed guests or stated Food and Beverage minimum. Menu and beverage selections must be finalized no later than 1 week before the scheduled event. Please note that menu and beverage offerings and prices are subject to change. Client agrees to provide a guaranteed guest count 72 business hours in advance of the scheduled event. In addition, Client agrees to pay for the guaranteed number of guests or the actual number of guests attending, whichever is greater. One check will be presented upon the conclusion of the event for payment in full, unless otherwise noted. All prices are subject to a 20% service charge and an 11% tax. Liquor is subject to an additional 5% tax per state law. Cancellations may be made 72 business hours or more prior to event date at no penalty. Cancellations made within 72 business hours will be subject to 50% of the event charges (based on guaranteed guest count or stated Food and Beverage minimum). By signing this document, client agrees to all details as listed above as well as to the stated event date, room, and required food and beverage minimum. Other details, including menu and beverage decisions, special instructions, etc., listed on the Event Summary will be updated throughout the planning process with the approval of Client and Halls Meeting Planner.
