Cheese cake filling Meringue 0,250 kg Water Mix water and Ovasil and 0,030 kg Ovasil, meringue mix whip up, add 0,300 kg sugar 0,300 kg Sugar step by step and stir in 0,150 kg Sugar 0,150 kg sugar at the end of the whipping time. Bon Citron Short pastry crumbles, baked Add crumbles, Bon Citron and cheese cake filling to the cup and bake at approx. 140 C for approx. 25 min.* Spread the meringue and bake at approx. 190 C for 5 min.* Fill in Fruit puree Raspberry. * The baking temperature of max. 220 C as well as the baking time of 30 min. should not be exceeded. Fill the Tarte au Chocolat batter into the cups and bake at approx. 200 C* for approx. 20 min. Serve the Lava Cake warm. Crème Brûlée 0,240 kg Basic mix à la Crème Brûlée 0,800 kg Liquid cream 0,480 kg Milk Heat cream and milk to approx. 80 C, add Basic mix à la Crème Brûlée and let boil for a short time. Fill the Tarte au Chocolat batter into the cups. Pipe in the Caramel Salé cream and bake at approx. 200 C* for approx. 20 min. After cooling down, pipe in Fruchti-Top Apple. Fill in Crème Brûlée and decorate as shown on the photo. * The baking temperature of max. 220 C as well as the baking time of 30 min. should not be exceeded.
