3 Private Venue Hire Discover your venue... Three floors of atmospheric venue are at your disposal and include guided tours and a whiskey tasting session with our expert Master Whiskey Tasters. Tailor-made events with a host of add-on options from food to entertainment. Our event management team will be on hand to ensure your event runs seamlessly throughout the evening including host, bar manager, bar staff, service staff, guides and master whiskey tasters. Our attention to detail makes for a perfect event.

4 Catering & Menu options Good food makes a great event... From business networking meetings and corporate entertainment events to product launches and private parties we offer a choice of canapés, finger food, platters or food bowls to suit small groups of 10 to larger groups of 150 who wish to mingle and party throughout the building. Prices for private venue hire range from 15pp to 25pp depending on numbers. The private hire fee covers a four hour hire and a whiskey tour and tasting OR whiskey cocktail on arrival OR drink of choice on arrival.

9 Entertainment options Memories are made from the best of times... Our entertainers are members of the well known Butler family and provide us with access to a dozen talented musicians. Genres range from Traditional Irish, Gypsy Jazz, Classical, Rock & Sing-along and the maestros can diversify during the evening to suit the mood. DJ s are also available on request. Alternatively, background music throughout the museum is also provided at no additional cost.

10 Choose Your Band The Group Four piece band with electric guitars, drums and bass. Full PA rig. Play everything from rock n roll, 60 s and 70 s music, to modern day hits. Great for party atmosphere and dancing. Price 550 for 2 hours Sweet and Low Down: Four piece Gypsy Jazz style band with jazz guitars, saxophone, double bass and drums. Ideal for a quiet event where people are mingling and chatting. However, this band can also get people going when the time is right. Price 550 for 2 hours. Uisce Beatha Trad group : Three or four piece Trad band with fiddle, flute, and guitar. Instruments switched to banjo and percussion later and a few ballads sung. Perfect if you want to get a sing song type atmosphere going. Price 550 for 2 hours. Butzy: Two piece band with two accoustic guitars and vocals. Songs from the 60 s and 70 s and modern day hits. Ideal for quiet events but more interactive with the guests. Price 350 for 3 hours

Located directly opposite the main entrance to Trinity College, we accommodate four floors above Fox s Cigar & Whiskey Store, 119 Grafton Street, Dublin 2. Private venue hire available from 19:30hrs onwards. Private venue hire is not available during normal tour times.

14 Terms and Conditions A provisional booking will be held for a maximum of one month, after which time we will require a booking deposit of 50% the cost of the private hire plus VAT to secure the date. The outstanding balance will be paid after your event. A credit card number is also required at the time of booking to cover loss of or damage to Irish Whiskey Museum items during the event. The booking deposit is non refundable within 2 months of your event. VAT will be added to the private hire, food and entertainment costs. We require final food selection two weeks prior to your event. We require final numbers a minimum of 48 hours in advance of your event. This is the number of people you will be charged for. Any requests for a PA system or projector and screen should be notified at least two weeks in advance of your event. Any marketing materials requested for your event should be delivered the day before your event and collected the next day as we do not have storage space at the museum. Pins, nails and Sellotape are not permitted on walls, doors or on the ceiling. Private hire costs cover the hire of the museum for 4 hours. Every additional hour will be charged at 100 per hour.

15 Need a Coach to get you to your Venue EI Travel (our parent company) have an extensive fleet of modern coaches available for hire. We offer any transport needs for your group from airport transfers and conference transfers to multi-day guided tours of Ireland.
