2 Guarantees Please notify the Catering Office by 12 Noon, 3 days prior to your function with the guaranteed number of guests you expect to attend. We will set up for 5% over this number. Guarantees for functions held on Sunday and Monday must be received by 12 Noon the preceding Thursday. Menu Selection Please contact the Catering Office if you need any assistance in your menu selection. Your menu should be submitted to the Catering Office no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled function. Miscellaneous Services & Charges Special Menus If you prefer, our Catering Office will be pleased to customize a menu. Leftover Food Health concerns and insurance issues prevent us from giving extra food to the guests to take home other than what was on their plate. Sales Tax and Service Charges All menu prices are subject to 20% service charge and 7.25% State Sales tax Food Regulations Due to Health Department regulations and Claim Company policy, food consumed on the premises must be prepared at The Claim Company. Decorating Items Votive Candles for the tables can be provided through The Claim Company Floral and Balloon Arrangements are available at additional cost through recommended vendors. 3 Room Charges and Minimums The Claim Company does not add an additional room charge as long as room minimums are met. There is a minimum gratuity based on having a private server(s) for your event. The minimums are as follows: Private Rooms Monday thru Friday Lunch: $300 (minimum gratuity $160) Saturday and Sunday Lunch: $500 (minimum gratuity $160) Monday thru Thursday Dinner: $750 (minimum gratuity $160) Friday Dinner: $2000 Saturday Dinner: $3000 Sunday Dinner: $800 (minimum gratuity $160) Entire Facility Consult with our Catering Department Deposits A deposit is required in order to guarantee your contract. Deposits may be by cash, check or charge card.
