2 Misc. information and room minimums Guarantees Please notify us 3 days prior to your function with the guaranteed number of guests you expect to attend. We will set up for 5% over this number. Guarantees for functions held on Sunday and Monday must be received by 12 Noon the preceding Thursday. Deposits A $200 deposit is required to book our private room Menu Selection Please contact the Catering staff if you need any assistance in your menu selection. Your menu should be submitted no later than 30 days prior to your scheduled function. Special Menus If you prefer, our Catering staff will be pleased to customize a menu. Leftover Food Health concerns and insurance issues prevent us from giving extra food to the guests to take home other than what was on their plate. Sales Tax and Service Charges All menu prices are subject to 20% service charge (or minimum amount) and 9.75% State Sales tax (or current amount) Food Regulations Due to Health Department regulations and Claim Company policy, food consumed on the premises must be prepared at Claim Company. Decorating Items Bud Vases, candy/nut dishes & Votive Candles are available upon request Confetti is NOT ALLOWED as a decorative item White linen napkins are included at no charge. Colored napkins and/or table clothes are available at an additional charge. Additional Services -Cake cutting fee $1.00 per person Daily Guarantees SUBJECT TO SEASONAL CHANGES There is no room charge for booking our private room, but we do have food and beverage minimums that must be met. 5 Fresh Fruit with Sorbet Motherlode Package The Motherlode package includes a small, one trip plate trip to our salad bar, entrée and dessert shot Choice of Prime Beef or Chicken Breast served on a toasted pretzel roll with lettuce, tomato & pickles. ON THE SIDE, we will serve sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms & fried onions.
