8 Booking Information We book all catering on a first come first serve basis Please book your order as far in advance as possible, to ensure service availability. All catering orders require a 48 hour prior notice. We will always do our best to honor late bookings. An estimated number of individuals attending an event is necessary when making a catering reservation. A final guest count is required 48 hours prior to your event. Additional Booking Information If your group or organization uses our services for multiple dates throughout the year, you can fax or your schedule in advance for the month, year or semester. This will secure service availability. We do experience booking overloads. Ordering Information If possible, place your order via fax or . Our booking agents are available to help you with menu planning and catering reservations: Monday Friday, 10:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. and Saturday, 10:00 a.m. 3:00 p.m. Delivery Services We are exclusively an off premise catering operation. We deliver in the greater Middlesex County area. For information on delivery outside of our general delivery area, please call. We provide our services to Rutgers University, UMDNJ / RWJMS, St. Peters Medical Center, home, or business Catering service is available seven days a week. Our minimum delivery / service fee is $ Delivery / service fees may increase due to distance, size and scope of an event. Minimum order for delivery is $50.00 Payment Options We accept cash, checks and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) We honor Rutgers and UMDNJ Purchase Orders and check requests. We accept state, county and public school vouchers and p.o. s Please provide all payment information, including purchase order and voucher numbers, when placing your order. Buffet Presentation All events are set up for buffet style self-service. All catering package orders include tablecloths for food service tables only. Tablecloths are not provided for ala carte orders. We do not supply tables. Equipment Loaning Policy Wire Chafing Racks: We charge $4.00 per rack with packages that require racks. The purchase of racks is optional. We will buy back racks in our store Monday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 3 p.m. Coffee Equipment: We do not require deposits for the use of our coffe equipment. It is the responsibility of the client to secure equipment until we have returned for pick-up. Most pick-ups are made the same day as service. Provide information as to where equipment will be secured. Complete Paper Service All of our catering packages include plates, napkins, cups, spoons, knives, forks and necessary condiments.
