Our trained staff will help you through the process, providing guidance in the style of service and offering a range of suggested dishes. The menus we offer are very flexible and we are always happy to try and include your own favourite dish. Our cocktail menu starts from $50pp. We recommend a selection of a minimum of 8 dishes

8 Beverage Packages The Blue Duck is a fully licensed restaurant. We have an extensive range of beverages for you to choose from. We are pleased to discuss any individual requirements and we have the option of having a drinks package or on consumption. 11 Terms & Conditions Here s everything else you need to know to plan your function or special day with us. Should you have any questions at all please give us a call. FINAL CONFIRMATION & ARRANGEMENT It is desirable to finalise all arrangements at least one month prior to the booked function date. A personal appointment with our function manager is preferred. Final numbers are to be confirmed 10 days prior to the event. The finalised confirmed number of guests will be the minimum charged, even if the actual number of guests attending decreases after this time. PAYMENT The Total Food & Beverage package is to be paid 7 days prior to the function date. If beverages are to be calculated on consumption the final bill is to be settled at the end of the function. Cash, direct deposit or credit card can make payment. Amex incurs a 2% surcharge. DUTY OF CARE Under the liquor licensing laws of Western Australia we have a duty of care to all our clients and reserve the right of our duty manager to refuse service of alcohol to persons he/she deems are intoxicated and may do harm to themselves, other patrons or property. RESPONSIBILITY The Blue Duck does not accept responsibility for damage to, or loss of, any client s property left on the premises prior to, during or after a function. DAMAGE Any damage caused by guests to The Blue Duck will be the financial responsibility of the function organiser. Any repairs or abnormal cleaning will result in an account being issued to the organiser.
12 Terms & Conditions continued... MUSIC We have an in house piped compact disc system. The use of a DJ/Singer/Instrumental is only available with the exclusive hire of The Blue Duck. All outside suppliers should contact The Blue Duck prior to the event to confirm individual requirements. MINIMUM SPEND Whilst we do not charge venue hire for providing an exclusive space we do operate on a minimum spend basis. This means an agreed minimum spend on food and beverage for your event is required. Minimum Spend can vary depending on time of year. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit of $ is required to guarantee the booking and will be deducted from the final account. The confirmation form and Terms & Conditions must be completed and returned with the deposit to confirm the booking. PRICING Prices are based on current and expected cost increases, however management reserves the right to increase the price of beverages and function menus, provided that 30 days notice is given. CANCELLATION All cancellations must be made in writing. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. In event of a function being cancelled within 30 days of the date of your function, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the estimated value of the function, should the cancellation be within 7 days we reserve the right to charge 100% of the food cost and 50% of the beverage. The Blue Duck is a fully licensed venue. Function organisers and guests are not permitted to supply their own food or beverage under any circumstances.
