Delicious on its own or with food Ataraxia Sauvignon Blanc, Hemel-en-Aarde Kevin Grant made Hamilton Russell s wines for many years before going solo, further up the Heaven & Earth valley. The herbaceous & assertive pure fruit flavours are complemented by zesty acidity. Perfect with seafood. Klein Constantia Sauvignon Blanc, Constantia Historic Klein Constantia is well known for its full-flavoured expression of this variety, where vines enjoy fresh breezes from both Atlantic & Indian oceans on either side of the narrow Cape peninsula. Their signature grape is complemented by a dash of semillon, adding richness to the minerally finish. Crystallum The Agnes Chardonnay, Hemel-en-Aarde Named after Peter-Allan Finlayson's great grandmother, who was shipped off to South Africa at the tender age of 14. Rustenberg John X Merriman A Bordeaux-style blend, made predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, the greater of which depends on which varietal has a better showing over the other in any vintage Rich SHIRAZ/SYRAH Stark-Condé Syrah Richly perfumed, sumptuous red-berry fruit aromas with hints of black pepper and dried herbs are characteristic of José Condé s Jonkershoek vineyards. Enjoy the focused core of spicy dark fruit harmoniously balanced by polished tannins. Waterford Kevin Arnold Shiraz Kevin Arnold was winemaker at Rust en Vrede Estate for many years before establishing Waterford. His shiraz is made in a rich, concentrated style: dark fruit laced with spice and roasted coffee beans, and spends a year in American and French oak. Vondeling Erica Voor Paardeberg Vondeling employ a fullt-time botanist to geo-tag the endangered fynbos on their property. This wine is named for the erica that thrives there. Wild yeast ferment & splashes of carignan, grenache & mouvedre ensure complexity and balance in this beautifully expressive wine

Deliciously sweet, botrytised style, with lip-smacking, savoury acidity to balance the unctuousness. Or try with paté before a meal. 50 ml Rich SHERRY Monis Fino/Medium/Full Cream, NV Calitzdorp The fino is bone-dry in style, with the full cream, more generous, smooth and rich with nutty, woody flavours making it a good after dinner choice.
