Cod and Crab Spicy Fish Cakes Flaked cod and crab flavoured with chilli, lemon grass, ginger, lime and coriander coated in breadcrumbs and deep fried served with wasabi mayonnaise. Smoked Trout Fillet Lightly smoked trout served cold with a salad of cherry tomato, cucumber and dill accompanied by horseradish sauce and brown bread & butter.
