BEER LIST// VALE/DRY Australian Dry Lager. 4.5% ABV, 18 IBU Australia s first unfiltered dry lager. It s a crisp, dry and mildly hoppy lager brewed with 100% malted grains, including wheat malt to deliver a superior flavour and mouth feel. Noble German hops give this beer a refreshing and clean finish on the palate. VALE/ALE Australian Pale Ale. 4.5% ABV, 25 IBU An Australian Pale Ale with a refreshing balance of malt, hops and yeast. Hop additions of Amarillo and Cascade give a wonderful fresh crisp finish with lingering flavours of citrus, passionfruit and stone fruit. The hop flavours and aromas are matched beautifully with the sweet honey finish from crystal malt. VALE/DRK American Dark Lager. 4.5% ABV, 30 IBU An American Dark Lager, designed using Pale, Munich, Crystal and Carafa roasted malt. A filtered beer with brilliant clarity, dark brown in colour with ruby and garnet highlights. It has a strong malt backbone with hints of coffee, chocolate and cocoa that balance the use of Falconer s Flight hops, giving rise to citrus, pine and vanilla flavours and aromas. VALE/IPA India Pale Ale. 5.5% ABV, 41 IBU An Australian interpretation of an American IPA, using a combination of hops from three countries - Galaxy from Australia, Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand and Citra from United States. Malt flavours are derived from the combination of Pale, Wheat and Crystal. This beer is very hop forward showing strong pine and citrus notes, along with stone fruit and passionfruit characters.
