Girls Night Out will run monthly as an opportunity for Club ladies and their guests to have fun and fellowship together. In November, Chef James will join us as we prepare and eat some Thanksgiving favorites. We ll learn several different dishes and techniques including how to brine a turkey. The cost includes the cooking class education, dinner, and a glass of house wine. Sign up by ing Rachel Ingram at rachel@blackthornclub.com or by calling by Sunday, November 4. Need childcare that night? We ll be running a special KidZone from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. as well for your little ones ages 3+ for $15 per child. KidZone will include an age-appropriate movie, dinner, and crafts. 3 Turkey Take-Away Blackthorn s Turkey Take-Away is the most flavorful and easiest way to enjoy Thanksgiving. Let us do the work, and you can take all the credit. Orders must be placed by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 19. Orders may be picked up all day Wednesday, November 21, or Thanksgiving Day between 10:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Please specify your pick-up time when placing your order. As busy as Santa is this time of year, he ll make three trips to see all the good girls and boys at Blackthorn in December. Come out for our fantastic brunch buffet and get your photo with St. Nick! A professional photographer will be on property each day for photos with Santa. Reservations are required! Girls Night Out - Mingle and Jingle Sunday, December 2 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. Enjoy an all-you-can-drink adult hot chocolate and s mores bar for $15++. Space is limited to 50 women, so make your reservations by contacting Rachel Ingram at rachel@blackthornclub.com. Bring a guest and a toy for Toys for Tots, and get your ornament and supplies on the house. Prizes will be awarded for Most festive and Most Artistic. If you need childcare, a special KidZone will be available as well. Drop Off Your Letter to Santa at Blackthorn This year, Santa has a Mailbox at the Club! Beginning Saturday, December 1, drop off your notes in the Special Delivery Mailbox in the Clubhouse foyer. We PROMISE that Santa will return correspondence quickly. Please make sure there is a full name and return address on the letter. Letters can be dropped off through Tuesday, December 18. Member Holiday Appreciation Party Tuesday, December 4 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Ages: 21+ Come share some holiday cheer with your fellow members at Blackthorn. Shotgun begins at 1:00 p.m. We ll feature ALL-YOU-CAN DRINK EGGNOG all afternoon long, with beer, wine, and mixed drinks available via member charge, and a great buffet afterwards. Along with golf awards, prizes will be awarded for the Tackiest Outfit and Best Decorated Golf Cart! $ per person. 6 Holiday Haul-Away Back for the third year at Blackthorn is the Holiday Haul-Away! Enjoy your holiday away from the kitchen and around the tree with loved ones. Orders must be placed by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19. As the Club will be closed on Christmas Eve, orders can be picked up on Sunday, December 23 from 11:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. When placing your order, please let us know what time you prefer to pick up your order. Holiday Hours of Operation On Thursday, November 22, the entire Club will be closed in recognition of Thanksgiving Day. The Club will reopen normally on Friday, November 23. Blackthorn will be closed on Monday, December 24, and Tuesday, December 25, in recognition of the Christmas holiday. The Club will reopen normally on Wednesday, December 26. On Monday, December 31, the clubhouse will open for the New Year s Eve gala for members and guests beginning at 7:30 p.m. 6

Come out for a great adult and youth buffet, with party favors, games, a DJ, and the big balloon drop! Seating is limited so please sign up early! New Year s Eve at Blackthorn! Monday, December 31 Begins at 7:30 p.m. $ per person Ring in the New Year at the Club with your friends and family! This year s event will feature a four-course meal from Chef James with featured wine pairings, dancing, and a traditional champagne toast at midnight! Menu will be available in early December. Jackets are required for gentlemen; black-tie optional. Friday, January 11 Beginning at 6:00 p.m. Join us for our annual Back in the Saddle Party as we reopen for business in the New Year. We ll feature specialty drinks and great specials. Wear your cowboy hat or cowboy boots to the Club that night and receive a complimentary glass of wine or beer. Beginning Tuesday, January 1, 2019, the clubhouse will close for its annual shutdown. No food and beverage service will be available during these days. During shutdown, the clubhouse will be deep cleaned, and staff will be able to tackle several multi-day projects that they normally wouldn t be able to do. During this time, the golf shop, tennis shop, and business office will keep their normal hours. The Club will reopen on Friday, January 11, for normal business. Please join us that evening for our annual Back in the Saddle Party beginning at 6:00 p.m. 7
