Minimum guest count and per hour for either a captain, field chef, or barista. Each additional server is after that. A 4-hour minimum is required for all captains, servers, or field chefs; and baristas are a required minimum of 2 hours. For any event final service staff hours may vary. Gratuity is not included. BAR SERVICE We are happy to accommodate your guests with beer and wine service.
