2 Bridal Brunch Buffet: These menus offer versatility, beautiful foods, "something different," and all at surprisingly affordable prices. Remember the menus are only a starting point; we will mix and match to design a menu to suit your taste. Our Event Manager is available to discuss options. Explanation of Services: Delivery Service: Your food is hot and ready to eat in disposable cater-ware, along with disposable plates, forks and napkins. Delivery Charge will apply. Service Express: Includes Set-up, table tables, stainless steel chafers, serving utensils, along with clear acrylic plates, forks, and napkins. -We come back after 4 hours to breakdown and clean-up buffet. 18% Service Charge will apply. Full Service: 4 hour full-service event includes set-up, breakdown, staffing (1 server per 30 guests), Table linens, Candles, Chaffers, Serving Utensils and Dinnerware (Clear Acrylic plates, forks, napkins and cups. -Cake Cutting: Cake cutting services are complimentary with full service. All selections are served with condiments and assorted Dinner Rolls. Pasta Station - Chef Attended $4.50 pp Made to order Bowtie and Penne Pasta served with Reggiano Parmesan, pesto sauce, sun dried tomatoes, peppers, grilled vegetables, Italian sausage, chicken and Sauce (choose Two Fire Roasted Marinara, Classic Alfredo, or Garlic Roasted Alfredo). Omelet Station-Chef attended $4.00 pp Made to order omelet just the way you like it with a host of compliments to choose from. Bar Service: $ Includes 4hrs of professional Bartender service, Bar set-up, Bar Linens, Bar Equipment, variety of mixers, garnishes, ice, cocktail napkins and premium all-purpose clear cups. Customer provides all alcoholic beverages. Dinnerware Upgrade: $3.25 pp China Plates, Glass Stemware, Flatware and Linen Napkins. Bar service: Add an additional $1.25 for glassware.
