3 Overview The biggest refresh of our menu to date, Domino s Taste the Colour campaign will launch nationally in Australia and New Zealand on Monday 19 September The promotion will feature refreshed ingredients (maple cured bacon, fresh mixed tri-coloured capsicum and cherry wood smoked ham) on 20 pizzas across the Value, Extra Value, Chicken and Prawn and Chef s Best ranges, 3 brand new pizzas, 2 new sides and 3 new desserts. Unopened, Sesame Seeds have a 2-year shelf life. Opened and prepped sesame seeds have a 10- day shelf life.

Apply a 7 day use-by sticker and store in the cold room with a lid. Step 4 Unwrap 1 portion of the foil (for a 5pk) or 2 portions (for a 10pk), placing the Chicken Wings onto a chip screen and into the oven. Step 5 Remove the Chicken Wings from the oven. Prepping thawed will cause damage to the product presentation Step 2 Using a clean cut blade separate the Triple Choc intol 5 equal rows vertically. Step 3 The Triple Choc needs to be cut again into 3 equal rows horizontally so that there are 15 equal portions of Triple Choc that are 2 x 2 portions as shown in the picture. Step 5a COLD Cookie Brownie prep Wrap each 2 x 3 portion individually using the Domino s dessert paper. Note: Cold Brownies must still have icing sugar applied when prepped. Step 6b HOT Cookie Brownie prep Simply place the prepped product on a thin screen to go through the oven. Don t unfold the parchment paper and expose the Cookie Brownies because they will burn. Note: Up to 3 sets of Cookie Brownies can be baked on 1 screen. Step 7b HOT Cookie Brownie prep Place the product onto the cut bench and unwrap. 18 Step 12b HOT Cookie Brownie prep Place a chocolate fudge sauce next to the wrapped Cookie Brownies inside the box. Step 13b HOT Cookie Brownie prep This product is now ready to be placed in the hot box/cell and delivered to the customer. IMPORTANT Note: It is important to defrost Cookie Brownies for 6 hours in the cool room before prepping or serving to the customer. Prepping frozen Cookie Brownies could cause breakage of the product. Note: Always cook Warm Cookie Brownies when thawed, not frozen. Note: Hot Cookie Brownies are to be wrapped in parchment paper (NOT dessert paper) before cooking in the oven. Note: Do not place the cold Cookie Brownies into the hot box/cell with the pizzas. 32 Training Considerations Checklist The following items should be highlighted during the training period. Please use this checklist to gauge your store s readiness for this exciting new range of products. CSR Considerations All CSRs can correctly describe the refreshed ingredients on the menu Maple Cured Bacon, Cherry Wood Smoked Ham and Fresh Mixed Capsicum. All CSRs can correctly describe the new pizzas Creamy Chicken Carbonara, Lamb Tzatziki and BBQ Lamb & Bacon. All CSRs can correctly describe the new side items Mac n Cheese Croquettes and Korean Sticky Wings. All CSRs can correctly describe the new desserts Triple Choc, Cookie Brownies and Caramel Fudge Pie. CSRs provide the nutritional, allergen and gluten information to customers upon request. Display the CSR cheat sheets at the commencement of the national promotion launch from Monday 19 September Product Making Considerations Working scales must be used 100% of the time. Team members should learn the weights and toppings of the new Creamy Chicken Carbonara, Lamb Tzatziki and BBQ Lamb & Bacon pizzas. Team members know there is now parmesan cheese on the Simply Cheese and the Cheesy Garlic pizzas. Team members know there is now spring onion applied post bake to a Supreme pizza. Dispatch/Driver Considerations Ensure all items are packaged correctly. Ensure all orders are signed out in Pulse correctly and tracked with a GPS tracker. Manager Considerations Products MUST be made to specifications using scales at ALL times. Ensure pans are cleaned nightly. POS and make charts should be displayed from 19 September Stock levels need to be monitored on a daily basis. All staff are trained in preparation for the promotion. There is a training video for this promotion and it will be available on Pulse ordertakers prior to the promotion launch.
