This Welcome Package is designed to give you a few sample menus as well as an idea as to what is included in our full service packages. Keep in mind menus are limitless we will be happy to create custom menus to fit your vision Our Full Service Includes: A day of Captain will be assigned to your event this person will be your go to person as well as being responsible to ensure your linens glassware and china are set correctly and timely. The day of captain will supervise the service staff and stay until the end of the evening to ensure everything goes well. Pre Set Water Service- Carafes of ice water and water goblets will be awaiting each table these will be kept full through dinner. Linens- Table linens for guest and all side tables in Ivory White & Sandalwood are included plus napkins are included in over 25 colors all at no extra cost Cake Cutting, this is done at no charge on disposable plates placed on a station. Plated on china and served is $1.25 per guest. China Including: Dinner Plate, Salad Plate, Appetizer Plate, Coffee Cup & Saucer, Silverware, and any serving pieces that may be necessary for your menu. Serving Staff our professional uniformed service staff will be on hand to take care of all your needs. The following server to guest ratio varies depending on the degree of difficulty of each particular event. Plated 1 server per 15 to 20 guests, Family Style 1 server per 24 to 40 guests Buffet 1 server per 40 to 60 guests

16 Frequently Asked Questions Will you Cook on site? Yes as much as possible different venues have limitations but most venues have space for grills if nothing else. Does your staff wear a uniform? Our wait staff is always uniformed in black slacks, white collared shirts and a black vested apron. Our kitchen staff will wear chef coats or black polo shirts with our company name and logo embroidered on Will you leave Linens and coffee until the end of the event? Yes, depending on the timeline and services requested we usually leave between 9 and 10pm, we will either leave one person behind or have someone come back at the end of your event to retrieve linens & coffee. Should I include the DJ, Photographer and other vendors in the final count? Yes it is customary to provide a meal for any vendor who is still working once dinner is served (except CK staff) i.e. planners, photographers, dj s, band members, and bartenders. The good news is we only charge 50% for all of your vendor meals. My ceremony is going to be held outside, what happens if it rains? If the forecast calls for rain, the ceremony can be moved inside. The tables can be rearranged to make an aisle and then everything is put back into place after the ceremony. Let us know as soon as the decision has been made so we can assure enough staff will be on hand to accomplish this. Does it cost more to pass hors d oeuvres than to have them displayed on a station? Not always in fact if you are having a plated or family style dinner there will be enough staff on hand to accomplish this with no problems. It may even (depending on the particular hors d oeuvres) save you money. If you are having a buffet it still might be less expensive to add a waitress to serve the HD as guests will consume less this way. We can explore both options when we put your menu together. Is gratuity included in your pricing? No, the cost of having staff at your event is included in the cost but Gratuity is additional. After we receive your final counts we can tell you how many staff will be at your event we require a $35. Per staff member Gratuity but you are welcome to tip beyond the required $35.
