1 Our menu reads more like a restaurant menu then a typical catering menu. Below is a representation of the types of food that we may suggest for buffet style dinners or lunches. 4 Salads & Sides Traditional Caesar Salad Crisp romaine, garlic croutons, parmesan cheese hand tossed with our zesty Caesar dressing. $3.50 Greek Salad Romaine lettuce, chopped tomatoes, kalamata olives pepproncini peppers tossed in a Greek vinaigrette, sprinkled with feta cheese. $3.75 Garden Salad A mixture of crisp Iceberg, romaine and spring greens complimented with cucumber slices, tomato, red onion, cheese and garlic croutons.
