One of the country s classic, most widely recognized sporting facilities, Michigan Stadium has come to symbolize the pride, tradition and excellence of the University of Michigan. 15 planning your event information The Sodexo Sports & Leisure goal is to ensure that every visit to the suites at Michigan Stadium is enjoyable and convenient. Every element of your suite experience is our priority, from your planning and preparation to the time you spend entertaining and socializing in your suite. hours of operation The Suite and Catering office will be available during regular business hours. Monday Friday, from 9:00am-5:00pm for all order processing. ordering process Orders can be placed in the following ways: 1) Online: - please contact our catering department to set up a user name and password 2) Fax: ) michiganstadiumcatering@umich.edu Please specify suite number, name and phone number of person placing order, company name, date and time of the event. We encourage you to appoint one person to place all suite food and beverage orders to ensure accuracy and avoid duplication. contact information Catering Sales Office michiganstadiumcatering@umich.edu advanced ordering Advanced ordering provides you with the opportunity to order from a menu that features much more variety than our standard event day menu. Additionally, vegetarian, gluten-free or any special requests can be easily accommodated. Pre Event Day Orders are due by 2:00pm on MONDAY prior to any home football game. event day ordering A limited event day menu is included in your suite. During an event, orders may be placed through your suite attendant. Event day ordering is provided as a convenience for all guests to have more food available in addition to your existing pre event orders. Event day orders are subject to applicable sales tax and an 18% administrative fee. Please allow for up to 1 hour for delivery.

16 planning your event food deliveries Food will be delivered to your suite between 1 and 1.5 hours prior to game. As an example: On a 3:30pm game your food will arrive between 2:00pm and 2:30pm. beverage information Par Stock As a convenience, Sodexo will provide the following preset amount of beverages in your suite refrigerator: (4) Six Pack Absopure Bottled Water (4) Six Pack Coca Cola Classic (3) Six Pack Diet Coke (2) Six Pack Sprite 16 Servings of K-cup style Coffee Pods Selection includes both regular and decaffeinated coffee accompanied with assorted creamers and sweeteners. Billing will be based on the original preset amount and then on a consumption basis per event. alcoholic beverage service In accordance with the rules and regulations of Michigan Stadium, no alcoholic beverages are permitted in Michigan Stadium- this includes all areas, including the suites.

17 planning your event payment procedures & policies Sodexo offers three payment options credit cards, cash and pre-payment. All suite holders will be required to provide a credit card to be kept on file for the season. Credit Cards or Cash If you wish for your guests to pay for the food and beverage themselves please advise your guests that they will be responsible for all charges incurred the night of the event. Just as if you were setting up a tab, our suite host and attendant will be required to ask for a credit card at the beginning of the event and a signature will be required at the end of the event. Please make sure that the invoice is reviewed carefully when it is presented to you. A receipt will be provided to you upon request. Sodexo accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Authorized Signers for Credit Cards It is Sodexo s policy that only authorized signers, designated by the suite holder, are allowed to charge additional food and beverage for the suite during an event to the suite holder s account. If no authorized signer is present during the event, please notify us prior to the event as to the name of the representative who will be responsible for signing the receipt and authorized to order additional food and beverage. If no authorized signer is present during the event, the guests will not be allowed to charge purchases to the suite holder account. Guests will be responsible to pay by either cash or credit card. Please use the selections on the ordering form to specify permission. Suite holders are fully responsible for all food and beverage charges incurred in their suite. Credit must be established in advance with Sodexo. For any billing questions or catering concerns, please contact the Sodexo catering staff at All suite services are subject to 6% Michigan sales tax. Items ordered during events or after the advanced ordering deadline are subject to an 18% administrative fee. cancellations You may cancel your suite order 48 hours in advance without charge by contacting the Sodexo catering staff. Suite orders that are not cancelled between 48 hours and 24 hours prior to game day will be assessed 50% of the total food and beverage charge and 100% of the administrative and labor charges. Orders cancelled with less than 24 hour notice are subject to full charge. Special orders cannot be cancelled without charge. We look forward to making every day a better day for you! GO BLUE!!
