3 Join Chef Tam on a delightful trip back home to Thailand, as she digs deep into her family s recipe books to celebrate the New Year festival of Songkran. The lovingly curated menu includes dishes that she s grown up with and are close to her heart, like the delicious Kaeng Pa Curry that originates from the Thai jungles and the fiery Larb Ta Lay seafood salad. Thai Masterchef Naphaphak Prompaksa, a.k.a. Tam Born in the North-East province of Issan in Thailand, Chef Tam s love of organic ingredients like palm sugar and lemon grass gives her food a uniquely authentic and fresh flavour. 8 Goodbye Szechwan Court will adjourn for the summer, while we host two iconic Indian dining experiences at the venue. Bengaluru s favourite Chinese restaurant will reopen by mid-june, with a reimagined menu and a new Emperor presiding over the kitchen.
