Now, he s taken up the mantle of Head Brewer for Sharp s Brewery in Rock, Cornwall, where he oversees the creation of its popular flagship brew, Doom Bar, among other cask, seasonal ales and bottled beers. I am incredibly excited to join this great business, he adds. I feel privileged to be part of the excellent and skilled team at Sharp s, working to brew the fantastic brands they have built over the last 20 years. My family and I are also really looking forward to enjoying what Cornwall has to offer.
