A skillful balance of old-world techniques sprinkled with new world thinking enables us to brew beer that reaches beyond the conventional. Searching high and low for ingredients of spellbinding quality, our ales exhibit both complex flavours and wonderful drinkability. So while you re here, why not ask us loads of questions about our beer, examine the barrels filled with ageing ales that greet you at the door, peek inside the open fermenters, taste something new and exciting, and immerse yourself in a place where fermentation comes with a bit of imagination. 2 BEER DARK ALE Expect the unexpected with this dark ale. Rich and flavoursome, yet ever refreshing, this malt driven ale is beautifully balanced by an aromatic lift of hops. Subtle fruit derived from open fermentation compliments a strong backbone of toffee and chocolate, all bound together by a reassuring bitterness. Technical stuff: 4.9% ABV 27 IBU 65 EBC WHITE ALE Taking its cues from the Belgian brewers of old, our White Ale is a delicate mix of experience and imagination. Delivering refreshing hints of coriander, juniper berry and bitter orange, this classic cloudy white ale will keep you coming back for more. Technical stuff: 4.5% ABV 15 IBU 6 EBC PALE ALE This Pale Ale showcases fruity esters, malty goodness and aromatic hops. A blend of old and new world, we use our top cropping English Ale yeast, a mix of flavoursome malts and a healthy dose of hops; Simcoe in the whirlpool and some classic NZ hop cones via our hop back. Technical stuff: 4.9% ABV IBU EBC

3 MORE BEER RED Small 330ml: $7.00 Large 570ml $12.00 A balanced Red Ale built from components of an open fermented base red ale, barrel aged to naturally acidify, blended with a fresh beer. The play on sweet, sour and bitter create a vibrant experience, tart cherry and red wine like complexities give this beer depth and length on the palate. Technical stuff: 4.9% ABV 7-12 IBU EBC TEDDYWIDDER Our Berliner Weisse is a fluffy little bunny. A tart and tangy libation, refreshing and sessionable. Traditionally, this beer is served with flavoured syrups to soften the sourness, and we ve selected some beautiful flavours from our friends at Belvoir. Try with: Blueberry & Blackcurrant, Mango & Peach, or Raspberry & Rose. Technical stuff: 3% ABV 4ish IBU 6 EBC CURIOUS? 4 NOT BEER PIPSQUEAK CIDER Small: $6.60 Large: $11 This light and bright coloured cider uses freshly pressed apples which help in the upfront apple flavour and texture. A perfect drink for a lazy afternoon.
