7 All Night Long ½ ounce Skyy Vodka ½ ounce coconut rum ½ ounce coffee liqueur ½ ounce dark crème de cacao 4 ounces pineapple juice 2 ounces sweet and sour mix Mix all in shaker and serve in cocktail glasses. American Rose 1 ½ ounces brandy 1 teaspoon grenadine ½ fresh peach, peeled and mashed Several dashes of Pernod 1 scoop crushed ice Champagne or sparkling wine Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake hard to blend. Strain into a champagne glass. Amour Paris 1 ½ ounce bourbon ¾ ounce apricot liqueur ½ teaspoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon grenadine Add all ingredients to a shaker. Mix well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Angel Face ½ ounce apricot brandy ½ ounce apple brandy ¼ ounce gin Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Passion Cup 2 ounces gin 2 ounces orange juice 1 ounce passion fruit juice 1 ounce pina colada mix or equal parts pineapple juice and coconut milk 1 scoop crushed ice 1 maraschino cherry Mix all ingredients, except the cherry, in a shaker. Stiletto 1 ounce Tia Maria 1 ounce Cointreau 1 ounce Galliano Combine ingredients and serve over ice in an old fashioned glass. Sunset Sugar 1 ounce tequila 1 ½ ounces pineapple juice 1 ½ ounces orange juice Moisten the rim of a chilled wine glass and press the rim into the sugar. Combine the other ingredients in a blender and blend until frothy. Pour the mixture into the prepared glass. Sweet and Hot 1 ½ ounces dark rum ¾ ounce coffee liqueur ¾ ounce cream 2 ounces milk 1 clove Lemon zest Combine all ingredients in a nonreactive saucepan and heat until warm.
