2 Cocktails 1. Gold Martini 15ml Tequilla 15ml Fresh lime juice 6 Mint leaves 2 Strawberries Muddle mint then shake all other ingredients vigorously over ice. Double strain and serve in a martini glass 2. Jager-honey bliss 30ml Jagermeister Mix both the ingredients with crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled. 3. Summer Breeze 15ml Vodka 10ml Fresh lime juice Fill the glass with ice and add in Manuka Gold and vodka. Add a splash of lime juice and serve. Rim glass with sugar and serve with a slice of lemon.

3 4. Sweet Bitters 30ml Irish whisky 15ml Fresh orange juice 2ml Angastora bitters Mix all the ingredients in a shaker and serve with lots of ice for the a sweet bitter refreshing drink 5. Gold-teani 45ml Sweet tea vodka 3 Lemon wedges In a shaker combine vodka, Manuka Gold and squeeze 3 lemon wedges in. Shake with ice, strain and serve. Optional - Garnish with lemon wheel. 6. Golden Tea 80ml Freshly brewed hot tea Add Manuka Gold in the hot tea. Serve with a slice of lemon. Very soothing for throat aches.

4 7. Golden Cider 15ml Brandy 80ml Hot Apple Cider Add all ingredients together. Garnish with lemon wheel. 8. Mama mia margarita 30ml Tequila 2 tsp Lime Juice Passion Fruit (puree) Shake with ice and strain into a margarita glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pinch of Shichimi spice. 9. Golden banana bliss 60ml Vodka 30ml Lime Juice 1/2 Banana (Peeled and sliced) Blend with cracked ice on medium speed for 15 seconds and pour into a chilled white wine glass. Garnish with a slice of lime.

Bahama Blowout 30ml Dark Rum 30ml Orange Juice 30ml Pineapple Juice 15ml Apricot Liqueur 15ml Banana Crème Liqueur 15ml Coconut Rum 15ml Lemon Juice 10ml Manuka Gold Blend well with a couple of ice cubes. Pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with orange, cherry etc. 11. Beefrisky 30ml Irish whiskey Sparkling Water (Cold) In an old-fashioned glass, muddle the Manuka Gold with whiskey. Add ice cubes and fill with sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with a lemon peel. 12. Kiss bee 30ml White Rum 1 tsp Half and Half Cream Shake vigorously with ice and strain over ice cubes into a cocktail glass

Morning Before 45ml Tequila 30ml Grapefruit Juice 15ml Lime Juice 15ml Cherry Liqueur Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir completely. Add ice and shake. Serve in a Margarita glass and garnish with an orange twist and a spiced cherry. 15. Bee-hee Special 6 dashes Orange Bitters 60ml Tequila 1 Egg White 1 cup Fresh lime juice Sparkling Water Shake vigorously with ice and pour into a collins glass filled with ice cubes. Golmaal 1 Egg 30ml Manuka Honey 30ml Whiskey Milk The innovative eggnog. Beat an egg, add Manuka Gold and a shot of whiskey. Pour into a glass, fill with warm milk, and stir until well mixed. 19. Boom 15ml Cream Shake with ice and serve in a wine glass.

8 20. Ultimate Grapetini 30ml Grape Juice white 30ml Lemon Juice Rim a martini glass with sugar. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into the martini glass. Garnish with a grape. 21. Very Berry Smooth 60ml Manuka Gold 1/2 tsp citrus juice 1/4 cup yogurt 1/2 cup milk 2 cups berries (strawberry, blueberry or blackberry) Clean the berries well and trim if needed. Place berries, Manuka Gold, citrus juice, yogurt and milk in a blender and blend well. Serve with ice for a special smooth drink. 22. Honey Coffee 100ml Hot black coffee Whipped cream, if desired Fill Manuka Gold in a champagne glass. Very slowly fill in the coffee. You can serve this coffee with whipped cream on top.

9 23. Punch me honey 30ml Green Tea 30ml Cranberry Juice 3 Fresh cranberries 60ml Manuka Gold Blend green tea and cranberry juice with a couple of ice cubes. Pour over ice in a highball glass. Garnish with 3 cranberries. 24. Cider siding 100ml Apple cider 15ml Lemon Juice Add all ingredients together. Garnish with lemon wheel. 25. Knock out punch 2 cups Hot black tea 1 cup Sugar 15ml Rum 15ml Dry red wine 2 Oranges In a sauce pan over low heat, combine the hot black tea and rind of two oranges. Heat it for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to cool. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Pour into a punch bowl with ice. Add the rum, Manuka Gold and dry red wine. Garnish with diced oranges and lemons.

Hot & heavy punch 300ml Manuka Gold 300ml Rum 600ml Boiling water 8 Lemon juice, freshly squeezed 50gms Sugar 1 pinch Cinnamon, ground 1 pinch Nutmeg, ground 1 pinch Cloves, ground Lemon zest, grated Combine grated lemon zest and sugar in a saucepan. Add the spices, brandy, rum and boiling water. Heat gently, but do not bring to the boil. Strain lemon juice into punch bowl and add hot liquid. Stir and serve immediately. 27. 11 29. Honey Bomb 125ml Red Bull Fill Red Bull in a old-fashioned glass and fill Manuka gold in a shot glass. Drop the shot glass into the Red Bull and chug it like a jagerbomb 30. Cream bee 20ml Manuka Gold 10ml Irish Cream 10ml Banana Liqueur Mix it all together with ice and serve with mint garnish. 31. Bumble Bee my way 30ml Jagermeister Mix it all together with crushed ice and serve with mint garnish. 32. Honey, Champagne it up 15ml Blackberry Liqueur 10ml Manuka Gold 120ml Champagne Muddle it up and serve in martini glass. 33. Honey Chocolate 20ml Chocolate Liqueur Muddle it up and have it straight up.

12 34. Refreshing honey 1 cup mint tea Mix it all together with crushed ice and serve with mint garnish. 35. Deadly heaven 20ml Peppermint schnapps 20ml Jagermiester Pour liquor in order listed. Serve and shoot 36. Kiwi kick 30ml Apple schnapps 15ml Manuka Gold 10ml Vermouth 10ml Dry vermouth 60ml Pineapple juice Shake, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. 37. Golden goose 10ml Manuka Gold 20ml Cinnamon schnapps 6ml Vanilla schnapps In a shot glass, layer the ingredients in the following order: Manuka Gold, Cinnamon schnapps & vanilla schnapps. Serve.

Serve with lots of ice. 49. Bold revolution 45ml Irish whiskey 45ml Coffee Liqueur 1 tsp Caramel Syrup 1 tbsp Cream Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Strain into high ball glass with ice 50. Bitter sweet memories 30ml Coffee liqueur Stir ingredients in a shot glass and serve
