Many of our fillings take more than 24 hours to make. Most orders are completed and shipped within seven days. Orders are filled in the sequence in which they are received. During the peak holiday periods, we prefer you give us some time to create your chocolates. Some of our flavors have minimum order quantities. During the Holidays we may be able to relax these minimums so please contact us if want a flavor that has a minimum that is higher than you want to purchase. When we receive your order in any manner: We will validate that you have not met any of our Order Quantity Minimums. Our Web Site currently doesn t completely enforce these minimums in part because at many time we have the requested product on hand from another customer s order. We will estimate the date when we expect to ship your Order. We will confirm this date via or via phone. If you have requested a particular Ship Date, Delivery Date, or Shipment Arrival Date and we have any concerns about meeting your requests we will and or call you to discuss.
