1 EVENT CATERING Thank you for considering AnniePies for your event and for the opportunity to provide delicious, handcrafted mini pies for you and your guests! AnniePies is exclusively an event dessert caterer, which means that you get completely custom desserts that you can t find anywhere else. Knowing that you have many fantastic choices when it comes to choosing your dessert caterer, we look forward to helping you create a fabulous event filled with unique flavors, fresh ingredients, and love! WEDDING PACKAGE PRICING INFORMATION MiniPies for events are priced at $2.50/pie with a $250 minimum (100 pies). We recommended ordering approximately 2 pies/guest. Deliveries are available for a $3/mile (one way) fee. Orders limited to 3 flavors maximum. We offer an additional optional $150 wedding package, which includes the following: Planning/Management - We want to make sure your day goes off without any hitches, besides you actually getting hitched! We ll communicate with your coordinator, planner, and florist to make sure everything is taken care of. Rentals - AnniePies has a collection of beautiful white ceramic and milk glass plates and cake stands available to rent. (Additional loss or breakage fee applies.) Set-Up and Styling - We are super good at setting up dessert tables and have an eagle eye for details! We ll handle the set-up of the stands, placement of desserts, and styling of the table, including your provided décor and flowers! Does not include pick up after the event. 3 TASTINGS AnniePies offers mini pie tastings to potential clients. 1 dozen (12) assorted mini pies in current flavors for $30. Please contact annie@iloveanniepies.com to schedule a tasting box delivery. POLICIES Order minimum is 100 pies ($250). (Recommend 2 pies/guest.) AnniePies can occasionally provide smaller orders, please annie@iloveanniepies.com with your request. A 50% deposit is required to hold your event. Final quantities, flavor selections, and balance due 14 days prior to your event date. Cancellation Policy: AnniePies has a 30-day and 14-day cancellation period. A 15% fee will be incurred if cancelling within 30 days of your event. If cancelling within 14 days of your event 100% of the total will be forfeited. If your date can be re-booked you will receive an 85% refund.
