All vendors being recommended for award scored 9 or above out of a possible 10 utilizing 40% pricing, 30% references, and 30% proof of insurances and required permits. Serving time is normally one hour for groups of 150 or less and 1 ½ hours for groups larger than 150 people. 8. There is no problem with the changing of number of attendees. Will provide non menu items if we can get them locally. Smokeys Pit Stop Order changes and cancellations need to be made at least one day in advance Super Chef, Inc. cancellations require 72 hours notice for groups more than 100 people.
