1 Thank you for your interest in reserving with Alice s Tea Cup! As a small, locally-based institution, we limit the reservations we take as to encourage you to make that spur of the moment decision and walk into any Alice s Tea Cup, any time. In limiting the number of reservations we accept, we find we actually make more room available for walk-in visitors. Monday through Thursday we accept reservations for parties of any size. Friday through Sunday we accept reservations for parties of six or more guests (over the age of 2). We do not accept reservations on most holidays, and only accept reservations and events for up to 6 months in advance. Any reservation of six of more is required to partake in one of our four prefixed tea services listed on page 2. For our location accommodations, please see page 3. For entertainment, decor, and alcohol offerings, see pages 4-5. For contracted reservations in the main dining room: A credit card number is required to secure the reservation. We require a minimum of 24 hour notice for any changes to the reservation, or to cancel. A nonrefundable fee of $50 will be applied to any reservation in the main dining room that does not provide 24 hours notice for cancellation. A nonrefundable fee of $15 per person will be applied to each no show guest in your reservation. Should you need access to the table prior for set up, you must specify when booking; we can allow you to the table 10 minutes prior. For contracted reservations in a private space: A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure the reservation; for events of up to 25 people, the nonrefundable deposit is $250, and for events of up to 50 people, the nonrefundable deposit is $500. We require a minimum of 3 days notice for any changes to the reservation, and 7 days notice to cancel. A nonrefundable fee of $15 per person will be applied to each no show guest in your reservation. An additional nonrefundable fee of up to 50% of the contracted event cost will be applied to any reservation in a private space that does not provide 7 days notice for cancellation. Should you need access to the room prior for any set up, you must specify when booking; we can allow you into the space no sooner than 15 minutes prior. 3 L O C A T I O N S In addition to our prefixed tea services, we do offer a variety of space options for your reservation, including our main dining rooms and private spaces, at no additional cost*. *If you d like to extend your main dining room reservation an additional 30 minutes, you must book at your initial booking; a $50 fee will be applied. Any rental extending beyond 3 hours may be subject to an additional hourly rate. Please ask our events coordinator for pricing if your event will be 3 hours or longer. 4 E N T E R T A I N M E N T All entertainment requires a private room. Entertainment must be booked a minimum of 14 days prior to the event; for entertainment that requires a choice of activities, the activities must be decided upon booking. Parties of 10 or more children are required to do a minimum of 2 hours or hire an additional entertainer/staff helper (at event coordinator s discretion, for an additional fee) for the hour to ensure that each child gets the proper attention from our host; in some cases, our entertainers can work with up to 15 children, in which there would be a flat $50 fee added to the cost. Should you decide to cancel booked entertainment before 14 days prior to the event, there is no fee; if you cancel the entertainer after 14 days, the full entertainer cost will be charged.
