2 Island of Balkan Taste 22 May 2018, Open access with a European Parliament accreditation European Parliament canteen, Brussels Tasting session by chef Georgi Boykovski. Tasting of unique products from the Balkans in front of the European Parliament canteen and special Bulgarian dishes prepared by chef Georgi Boykovski on the menu. This tasting session showcases products from 9 Balkan countries, selected from Slow Food communities, as well as products from the Ark of Taste and Slow Food Presidia projects.
