See the further explanation of options below... INFORMAL CATERING: Our staff will deliver and setup a buffet on the time, date and location of your event. Enjoy the quality and reputation of an event catered by Bauerhaus Catering. All meals include disposable white plastic dinnerware, napkins, and serving utensils. After completing setup of your buffet service, our delivery personnel will leave you ready to enjoy a wonderful meal. STANDARD CATERING: Enjoy the freedom of designing your day from our many menus. Your dinner buffet will be delivered, setup and managed by a professional buffet attendant. This service includes buffet replenishment during your meal time and preparation of all leftovers for easy carryout at the end of your event. Disposable white plastic dinnerware is included or you may choose to upgrade your service ware from our rental selections. See staff services, below, for an understanding of staffing charges. FORMAL CATERING: Experience an elegant event at any location with the quality of our many services and the expertise of the entire Bauerhaus Catering team. All food and beverage selections will be featured on china, crystal, flatware and table linens. Design a decorating package from our many party rental services. The Bauerhaus Catering staff will handle all setup of your event and your customized menu will be presented to guests with the formalities of tableside service by our black-tie staff. This service provides you with a professional catering team, while simply enjoying your guests. GENERAL: Minimum purchase of $ is required with all food & beverage orders. Bakery only orders have no minimum.

3 M O B I L E E V E N T C A T E R I N G P A G E 2 CASUAL TO FORMAL MENUS BANQUETS WEDDINGS PARTIES COMPANY PICNICS PARTY RENTALS COMPLIMENTARY EVENT PLANNING Menus and Pricing CATERING MENUS & PRICING INFORMATION STAFF SERVICES: Event Planning Service: Delivery Fee: Black-Tie or Casual Attire Buffet Attendant (2 hr minimum) Black-Tie Bar Staff (3 hr minimum) Tableside Black-Tie Wait Staff Event Setup & Clean Up No Charge, at any level of Catering Service $40 in Evansville or calculated per mile outside Evansville Metro $ 30 per hour (1 per 75 guests) $ 30 per hour (1 per 100 guests) 20% of Total Invoice $125 per hour CONFIRMATION OF MEALS & SERVICES: Final menu selections, event agenda and a tentative guest number are due (30) days prior to event date. Final guest numbers are required (10) days prior to your event with no individual guest cancellations permitted. Additional guests will be permitted until (72) hours prior to your event. We reserve the right to substitute menu selections related to quality. Food tastings can be scheduled but are subject to our culinary team s schedule. Listed prices can be used for the cost of your food tasting and must be paid for on that date. DEPOSIT: $500 and a signed catering agreement are due to secure catering services for your event. Rental only or Bakery only orders are subject to a 25% deposit of order total. PAYMENT: A pre-payment equal to 75% of estimated charges is due (30) days prior to event. Any balance, less deposit and prepayment is due (5) days prior to your event. Cash, checks, or credit cards are accepted. Credit card payments, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, are subject to a 3% transaction fee. Two percent interest on any past due accounts. $50 charge on any returned check. Any collection, attorney, or court fees incurred are the responsibility of person(s) signing the reservation agreement. CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be done in writing. Any cancellation that occurs less than (30) days to scheduled event date will receive no refund of the above deposit or pre-payment. Other cancellations will receive a refund of deposit in accordance with the following: Days Prior to Event Percentage of Refund 60 Days or Greater 50% Days 25%
