You will be able to enjoy this spectacular natural phenomenon on foot. With a drop of 417 meters, Mürrenbach Fall ranks as Switzerland s tallest waterfall. This main fall is only one of several waterfalls along the Mürrenbach. Open Wednesday Sunday, and Half board in the Unspunnen room. Here we serve our half board guests a fresh, home-style 5-course meal daily, as well as various buffets. A good meal in the morning from the Bernese Oberland breakfast buffet in the Unspunnen room, with many regional products and products from our own kitchen, will set you up perfectly for the day ahead. Every Tuesday evening All-you-can-eat meat fondue with 40 different sauces and trimmings, all of them delicious. Large salad bar ( ). Our cheeses Our cheese selection has 40 different types of cheese from Switzerland, including an alpine cheese made from the milk of our own cows from the Nessler alp. 9 RATES 2018/19 In our 400-year old house and the three Chalets which belong to us, we have different types of rooms and categories. Also, in the diverse categories, all the rooms have differences. If we want to put together an exact description for all 37 rooms, it will become very complicated. For this reason we ask you for a compromise: Let us find an agreement for a category and the price for it. Tell us your wishes and preferences. Whenever possible, we will adjust ourselves to it. We can guarantee one thing to you: We will do our very Best! Check on our Website ( the daily rates or contact us with a phone call ( ), we give you the best advises! For direct bookings and pre-payment by cash or bank transfer your receive additional discounts. Dinner For reservations for 1 3 nights we recommend our à la carte Restaurant for you. Halfboard is possible starting from 3 nights with an additional charge of CHF 55 to 65 per person, per day. Surcharges Dog: CHF 12 per day without food, upon request. Additional bed: from CHF 65 depending on room category. Twin for single use: CHF 30 Reduction on twin rate for the weekly rate. Reductions Children in the room of 2 adults or 2 fully paid until 6 years free 7 12 years: 50% reduction; years: 30% reduction. Refer room We guarantee your room from 4 p.m. for check-in (earlier according to availability). All rates are meant per person in Swiss Francs, incl. VAT, excl. taxes (3.50 per person, per night). Please take note to our cancellation terms on our website. For a pre-payment of the whole rate we give you a discount of 5%. As our regular clients you receive following privileges: every year 2% reduction on rates for weekly stay and payment in cash. The reduction grows from year to year for 2% (maximum 10%). Wishes for special rooms and seating at dinner will be fulfilled if possible.
