2 Dear 2017 BooFest Vendor, On behalf of the City of Belmont, thank you for being a vendor at this year s BooFest and Welcome to Belmont! We could not be more excited to have you participating in this year s festival. In the pages to follow you will find information about vendor set up, clean up, parking and your vendor booth location. It is our hope that this packet will fully prepare you for this weekend s festival, however please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have. We look forward to meeting you this weekend! Sincerely, Jamie Mendoza Community Events Coordinator Packet Contents - Set Up and Clean Up Information - Vendor Map - List of 2017 BooFest Vendors - Vendor Parking Pass ** Please note that your Vendor Parking Pass has been attached to the as a separate attachment. Please print your parking pass and display it on the dashboard of your car on the day of the festival. This will allow staff/volunteers to better assist you in getting to your vendor booth location during set up. Each vendor will only be allowed ONE car in the designated vendor parking spaces. Staff will be checking off cars as they arrive for check in. If multiple parking passes are found, you will forfeit your designated vendor parking space.

3 Set up times All FOOD VENDORS will be required to check in between 10:00 am and 10:30 am and must be completely set up and ready for inspection at 12:00 pm. This goes for all food vendors even if you are not being inspected on the day of the event. TRACK VENDORS (Spots 49-67) Check in for vendors located on the track (behind Belmont Middle School) will be from at 11:00 am to 11:30 am. Check in will be located at the corner of Hill Street and Myrtle Street. There are parking spaces available for vendors on Hill Street. All parking on Hill Street will be first come, first serve. PARK VENDORS (Spots 1-34) Check in for vendors located throughout Stowe Park will be from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm. Check in will be located on the Main Street entrance of Stowe Park. You will be directed through the park by staff/volunteers and have 15 minutes to unload everything you have for your vendor booth at your assigned location. After you have unloaded your belongings we ask that you return to your vehicle and park in the designated parking area for vendors located off of Hawthorne Street. MAIN ST. VENDORS (Spots 35-48) Check in for vendors located on Main Street will be from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. Check in will be located on Main Street across the street from Airline St. You will be directed through the barricades by staff/volunteers and have 15 minutes to unload everything you have for your vendor booth at your assigned location. After you have unloaded your belongings we ask that you return to your vehicle and park in the designated parking area for vendors located off of Hawthorne Street. Electricity If you requested and paid for electricity at your booth, you have been placed next to an outlet so that you can have power. You will need to bring your own extention cord. We recommend a cord that is at least 25 feet in length. clean up Vendor vehicles will be permited in the park and on Main Street after 9:00 pm. If you wish to leave before 9:00 pm, please note that you will not be allowed to bring your car into the festival area and you must inform Parks and Recreation staff that you are planning to leave early. All vendors are responsible for cleaning up their vendor spaces at the end of the festival. If any trash is left behind you will be charged the amount that it costs to remove it.
