6 Important Terms & Conditions Advance reservations of minimum 7 days for accommodation and telephone reservations of minimum 2 hours before for F&B is required to receive employee discounts and is subject to confirmation from participating hotel. For accommodation discounts are applied up to maximum of two (2) rooms per ID. For F&B discounts are applied when bills are signed to room. For non in house guests, discounts are applied for up to maximum of ten (10) persons per ID. Valid staff ID must be presented for verification purposes (during check in and settlement of bill) in order to receive employee discounts. Participating hotel reserves the right to charge regular/full price for failure to produce staff ID. Necessary action will be taken against staff who is found to abuse the utilization of discounts accorded and/or misconduct while on the premises of the property. Offers valid till 31 December 2018.
