7 TERMS AND CONDITIONS: For Package One, Two and Three, the minimum guarantee is 750 For Set Menu, the minimum guarantee is 45 tables or 450 All prices are subject to 21% prevailing Government tax and Service charge Prices are subject to change without prior notice Wedding at Lunch hours : 11am to 2 pm Wedding at Dinner hours : 6 pm to 9 pm Additional electricity usage will be charged Rate will be valid for wedding event booked from June 1 st 2011 until May 31 st, 2012 METHOD OF PAYMENT: IDR 15,000,000 down payment is required to confirm the space booking within one week after the booking confirmation. And non refundable 50% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required three months prior to the event 75% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required two months prior to the event Full payment of the total remaining expenses are to be settled one month prior to the event All additional expenses occurred on the date of the event are to be settled directly after the event
