11 TERMS AND CONDITIONS A non-refundable, non-transferable, non-convertible, non-consumable reservation deposit required for blocking of the function space. Amount based on below chart: Number of guests Function Space Amount required guests 1/3 ballroom Php10, guests 2/3 ballroom Php20, above Grand Ballroom Php30, Payment must be settled in CASH or CREDIT CARD. Should the actual attendees exceed the guaranteed number of guests; each additional person will be charged the quoted rate. In the event that less people attended the function, the guaranteed number of persons stipulated in the contract will be charged. Reduction in the guaranteed number of persons will not be allowed if done after the contract have been signed. Should the function be postponed to a later date, the client may do so ONLY ONCE and will be subject to space availability. 50% of the total contracted charges shall be paid upon contract signing. Remaining balance should be settled one (1) month before the function date depending on when the booking is made. Incidental charges to be settled right after the function, in CASH OR any acceptable CREDIT CARD. If the confirmation will not be received on or before the cut-off date (indicated hereon), the blocking will automatically be released. Function room blocking will be dependent on the number of persons guaranteed during the accomplishment of this form or during inquiry. (1/3 ballroom requires a min. of 70 to max. of 140 guests, 2/3 ballroom requires a min. of 150 to max. of 250 guests, Grand ballroom requires a min. of 250 to max. of 500 guests banquet set-up). The hotel shall not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left in the hotel prior to during or following the function. No food and beverage, alcoholic or otherwise shall be brought into the hotel by the patron or attendees. The hotel reserves the right to reassign function rooms but with prior notice to the client. Rates quoted are inclusive of 10% service charge. Should the rates increase before the actual date of event, the new rates will apply.
