9 Terms and Conditions Minimum guarantee 750 persons for buffet wedding package at Ballroom Minimum guarantee 300 persons for buffet wedding package at poolside wedding Minimum guarantee 40 tables or 400 persons for sitting buffet at Ballroom Minimum guarantee 40 tables or 400 persons for Chinese Set Menu at Ballroom All prices are subject to 21% prevailing Government tax and Service charge Prices are subject to change without prior notice Wedding at Dinner hours : 6 pm to 9 pm Additional electricity usage charge terms& conditions will be applied Term & condition will be applied for any kind of outside Food & Beverage Rates will be valid for wedding event booked from 1 January 2017 until 30 June 2017 Payment Methods Deposit of IDR is required to confirm the space booking within one week after the booking confirmation. Payment is non-refundable and non-transferable 50% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required 6 (six) months prior to the event 75% of the total remaining estimation expenses are required 3 (three) months prior to the event Full payment of the total remaining expenses are to be settled 1 (one) month prior to the event All additional expenses occurred on the date of the event are to be settled directly after the event
