2 Guest Room Rates & Parking We are pleased to offer your guests a special overnight room rate for Friday and Saturday evenings. Rates are subject to availability. Self parking is complimentary. Valet parking can be arranged through your Catering Manager for a nominal fee. Food & Beverage No outside food or beverage, alcoholic or otherwise is permitted into the hotel from outside sources without special permission of the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to make a charge for such services. To insure compliance with the County Board of Health food handing regulations, food will be consumed on the hotel premises at the time contracted for. No food or beverage may be removed from the hotel premises. We will make every effort to adjust menus to conform to religious or dietary preferences. Guarantee We will require confirmation of your attendance three business days in advance. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction, for which you will be charged, should less attend. For sit down events, we will set and be prepared to serve the room for 5% over the minimum guarantee.
