Yes, Hilton DFW Lakes has various areas to conduct a ceremony Ceremony Fees: $10 + per person to include the Ceremony Site, White Garden Chairs & an Arch * Is there a Facility Fee for the reception and how long is the Reception There are no Facility Fees, just Food & Beverage Minimums. All Receptions are based on a 5 hour time frame. 1 hour for vendor set up if applicable) and 4 hours for the Reception. Overtime Fees may apply *How much is children s pricing? Ages 5 to 10 are half price of the selected buffet priice. Ages 4 & under are complimentary. Children s Plated Pricing Fruit Cup, Chicken Fingers, French Fries (10 & under only) $ per child. *Will our Hotel Catering/Sales Manager personally handle and attend our reception? The Catering Sales Manager will guide you through the planning stages, menu selections, ceremony and through the start of your reception. Wedding Coordinators are noted on our preferred vendor listing for further assistance in detailing all involved with your special day. *What time can a guest room be accessed? Check-in time is at 3pm CST. If you would like to secure a room for early check-in please confirm availability with your Catering/Sales manager for the evening prior. *Are menu tastings available? Menu tastings may be arranged through your catering sales manager. The Menu tasting must be requested a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to the date desired. Salads, Entrees and select desserts are available for tastings (maximum of 2 selections per item) select Hors d oeuvres may be available for sampling. Wine and Champagne will be charged per bottle.
