10 *May I have my Wedding Ceremony on Site? Yes, Austin Ranch has various areas to conduct a ceremony. Ceremony Fees: $10 + per person to include the ceremony site and garden chairs * Is there a Facility Fee for the reception and how long is the reception? There are no facility fees, just food & beverage minimums. All receptions are based on a 5 hour time frame. 1 hour vendor set up and 4 hours for reception. Overtime fees may apply after the 5 hour time frame * How much is Children s pricing? Ages 5 to 10 are half the price of the selected buffer or plated price. Ages 4 and under are complimentary. Special children s plates available for $15 ++: *Chicken Fingers, Mac & Cheese, Green Beans **Hamburger, Tater Tots, Buttered Corn Will our Catering Manager personally handle and attend our Reception? The Catering Sales Manager will guide you through the planning stages, menu selections, ceremony and through the start of your reception. The Catering Manager and Banquet Manager work side by side to ensure a flawless execution of your special day. Wedding Coordinators are noted on our vendor list for further assistance. *What Time can the Guest Room be accessed? Check in time is at 3pm CST. If you would like to secure a room for early check in please confirm availability with your Catering Manager. * Are Menu Tastings available? Menu tastings may be arranged through your Catering Manager. The tasting must be requested a minimum of ten (10) prior to the date desired. Salads, Entrees and select Desserts are available for tasting. * Maximum of 2 selections per item. Select Hors d oeuvres may be available. Wine & Champagne will be charged per bottle. Tastings accommodate up to 4 people; additional guests may join with advance notice and are subject to fees. * Can I get Guest Rooms here? Our weekend standard guestroom rates range from $99-$129 on most weekends (excluding holiday & special event weekends). We can arrange a contract that guarantees a rate & availability with financial responsibility or a non-inventory block that guarantees rate, nor availability & has no financial responsibility. * Is there a deposit? 25% of the Food & Beverage Minimum is due at contract signing. 30 days prior, your contracted minimum is due, less the initial deposit. 3 days prior your final guarantee & final payment are due.
