5 Suppliers Showcase Floor Plan Hilton Atlanta - Galleria South GALLERIA 4 GALLERIA ' Drape 4' BAR GALLERIA SOUTH FSPA Registration Desk Entrance to Showcase via escalator Registration Notes for Exhibitors: Standard Booths are 8 ft. x 10 ft. and come with pipe & drape, ID sign, 6 ft. skirted table, 2 chairs & a wastebasket. The exhibit hall is carpeted. You only need to order carpet if you prefer a special color, etc. The six Booths are a new offering at the same price as a regular booth. These are larger and without the pipe and drape. An open space for you to create your own unique space for your exhibit area. Contact bj@fspa1.com for more information. All attendees will enter via the escalator next to the FSPA registration desk or the elevator. All other doors will be kept closed at all times. The Friday evening food & drinks and the Saturday morning coffee, boxed lunches and breaks will be set up inside the exhibit hall.

Rules & Regulations The following rules and regulations govern the Suppliers Showcase at the FSPA Conference 1. An exhibitor must be a FSPA member in good standing. 2. The Conference & Showcase are for registered attendees only. Customers of either a supplier or dealer are not to be brought into the Showcase at any time without a Showcase Registration badge. 3. A member cannot hold any private reception or activity concurrent with any FSPA conference activity that has not been approved by association management. 4. Any exhibitor failing to pay for their booth with their reservation may have the booth reassigned. Any exhibitor who fails to occupy the space contracted for is not relieved of the obligation of paying for the space at contracted price. FSPA has the right to reassign or make other use of said space. 5. Booth Registration Fees - Each booth is $ Each 8 x10 booth includes pipe and drape, ID sign, two chairs, one wastebasket and a 6 skirted table. Note: A booth registration includes one complete registration for all events (excludes optional events such as golf and the tours).please provide the name of the individual who will receive the full registration included with the booth reservation. Additional employees working in the booth will be charged $150 per person which will include the morning continental breakfast, the afternoon boxed luncheon and all breaks in the Suppliers Showcase. Note: If a 2nd or 3rd booth attendee has a full conference registration then the $150 fee will not apply. 6. New manufacturer/supplier members, if attending for the first time are granted a one-time Non-Exhibiting exemption. 7. Payments: All booth and registration payments are to be made to FSPA and not to any other entity. 8. All Exhibitorsand attendees agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations of this contract. FSPA assumes no responsibility or liability, whatsoever, for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay to any person or property because of any act of default of any hotel or exhibit services company or person engaged in rendering any such services. The Exhibitors shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by the Atlanta Hilton, its owners or managers, which results from any act of omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Atlanta Hilton, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor s use of the property. Exhibitor s liability shall include all losses, costs, damages or expenses arising from or out of or by reason of any accident or bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees which arise from or out of Exhibitor s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, the hotel or any part thereof. 9. Exhibitors agree to not sell direct to any financial institutions or end-user customer leads obtained during the Suppliers Showcase. All leads should be assigned to appropriate dealer members. 10. FSPA room rate includes in-room high speed internet, free printing of boarding passes for FSPA attendees, complimentary admission to fitness center and discount of $5 per day on self-parking. Transportation & Parking Air Transportation: Hartsfield Jackson International Airport (code ATL) averages 2500 arrivals and departures a day, and since 1998 has been the busiest airport in the world. Ground Transportation: The airport is only 10 miles from the Atlanta Hilton and a taxi will cost around $30 and should take about minutes, depending on traffic. Shuttle Services leave every 15 minutes from airport stalls Maximum trip fee for downtown is $16.50 per person. MARTA: The Marta terminal is between the North and South terminal baggage claim areas. Board either the northbound Red or Gold Line MARTA trains from the Airport to the Peachtree Center station. The station is built 120 feet below Peachtree Street in Downtown Atlanta. Peachtree Center Station has two entrances at Harris & Peachtree Street, and two entrances at Forsyth & Peachtree Street. Once you arrive at the Peachtree Center station, take the escalator and steps to the street level, exiting on West Peachtree Street. Head north to John Portman Blvd NW and turn right (east). Walk two blocks east on John Portman Blvd until you come to Courtland Street NE, where you will see the Atlanta Hilton Hotel on the corner of Courtland Street and John Portman. It should take less than 10 minutes to walk from the MARTA station to the Hilton Hotel. There is also an option to go from the Marta station to the Hilton lobby entirely indoors. These instructions with a map will be ed to attendees. Uber/Lyft - meet your ride in the Rideshare Pick-up Zone: Rideshare drivers pick up passengers at the North and South Economy lots, a short walk from baggage claim. Proceed through baggage claim toward the Georgia Lottery booth for access to lower-level escalators. Once downstairs, follow the orange Lyft - Uber signs to the Economy lot and request your ride after arrival in the pick- up zone. Parking Garage: Self Parking is $30 a day, Valet Parking is $40 a day. Oversized vehicles are Valet Only $44 per day. Parking garage max height is 6 feet. Please see the doorman if you vehicle is larger than 6 feet for oversized vehicle parking. Note: FSPA members get a $5 discount on self parking. Hotel Dining & Area Information The Hilton Atlanta is located in the heart of Atlanta with many attractions within a mile of the hotel, including: the Center for Civil and Human Rights, Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coca-Cola, the College Football Hall of Fame, Fox Theater, the CNN Center (with the Inside CNN Studio Tour and Mercedes Benz Stadium.
