Anyone found to be smoking in any BLOC Hotel room will be charged 250 to cover the cost of specialist cleaning and loss of revenue. // Travel adapters are available from Reception - to avoid a charge, all items must be returned on check-out. // Shaving and dental kits are available to purchase. // A continental breakfast bag is available to purchase from Reception. Orders must be received by 21:00 the night before it is required. Orders for Sat and Sun must be received by 21:00 on Friday. // You can order a taxi, or pick up a local map from Reception. // Our 24-hour ironing room is located near the lift on the ground floor. Contact Reception to arrange for an iron/ironing board in your Apartment BLOC room. // Should you require extra hangers please let us know and we can arrange for these to be delivered to your room. // For security, our doors lock at 11pm - you can gain entry by swiping your key card on the card reader to the left of the main doors. // Parking is available at a discounted rate of 7.50 per 24 hours at the local NCP Car Park, which is just around the corner from BLOC (see the map on page 12 of this guide). Park your car, taking a ticket from the barrier. Produce the ticket at BLOC reception to receive a follow-on voucher and benefit from BLOC s discounted rate on departure.
