7 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) HOW DO I REQUEST A RESERVATION? All Private Dining requests are based on availability. Please contact David Howard to inquire about making a Private Dining reservation. David Howard can be reached at (480) or gilbertgroups@kegrestaurants.com. You will receive a call back within 48 hours. 2) HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PRIVATE DINING REQUEST HAS BEEN CONFIRMED? When your reservation request has been reviewed, you will receive a phone call from David Howard. He will go over additional details at that time and you a Large Party Contract. Once the Large Party Contract is completed and returned back to the Gilbert Keg, you will receive an from Open Table with details and confirmation of your reservation. 3) WHAT IS YOUR PRIVATE DINING CANCELLATION POLICY? Reservations must be cancelled by only. Phone cancellations and answering machine messages are not acceptable. If the reservation is cancelled more than 7 days in advance, no charges apply. If the reservation is cancelled within the 7 days leading up to the event, a fee of half the Food and Beverage minimum will be charged due to loss of business for that evening by The Keg. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation date or in the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to the full Food and Beverage minimum will be charged. Parties arriving more than 30 minutes late must contact Keg management. 4) IS THERE A MINIMUM I MUST SPEND? The Private Dining Room is reserved with a minimum purchase of $1,250 of Food and Beverage (Sun-Thurs) and $2,000 of Food and Beverage (Fri-Sat). This does not include Taxes or Gratuity. 5) IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED? No deposit is necessary, but we do require a Large Party Contract to be completed and returned back to us in order to hold your reservation. This form will only be used in the event you do not show up for your reservation or you cancel within the 7 days leading up to the event. 6) WHAT ARE YOUR AV CAPABILITES? Our store is equipped with a 75 inch Smart TV. The television is complimentary to use but you must provide your own HDMI cable that is compatible with your devices. We also offer an Apple TV that has screen mirroring capability for Apple devices. We are not responsible for any devices that are not compatible with our TV. You are more than welcome to bring in your own AV equipment for presentation use. 7) WHAT ARE YOUR SEATING ACCOMMODATIONS? The maximum occupancy for our Private Dining room is 40 guests without use of AV equipment. For any guest bringing in AV equipment, the Private Dining room will comfortably seat 35 guests to allow room for the equipment and acceptable viewing angles. Guest occupancy may differ based on the requested room layout. 8) DO YOU HAVE PRIVATE DINING MENUS? We offer six different Private Dining menu options as well as the option to create your own Custom Menu. Any menu selection must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Parties of 20 or more are required to select from one of our Private Dining menus. 9) WHAT ARE YOUR AMENITIES? We offer the following amenities: Fireplace, Wheelchair accessibility, Television, Event Menus, and Complimentary Wi-Fi. 10) WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR WINE LIST & ALTERNATIVE MENU OPTIONS?
