8 ` FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) HOW DO I REQUEST A RESERVATION? All Private Dining requests are based on availability. Please contact the General Manager or the Guest Services Manager to inquire about making a Private Dining reservation. Please your request to desertridgegroups@kegrestaurants.com, or by calling The General Manager or the Guest Services Manager will be in contact with you within 24 hours. 2) HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY PRIVATE DINING REQUEST HAS BEEN CONFIRMED? When your reservation request has been reviewed, you will receive an with the restaurants Group Dining information and Group Dining Checklist. All pertinent information will be provided to you in the Group Dining Checklist. Once the store receives the completed Group Dining Checklist, your reservation will be tentatively set, and you will receive a confirmation from Open Table. You will then receive the restaurants Large Party Contract within 24 hours. When the store receives the signed contract, the reservation is complete. If another reservation wants Private Dining on the same date, the reservation who has completed the checklist will have first right of refusal, even if the contract is not yet completed. 3) WHAT IS YOUR LARGE PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY? Reservations must be cancelled by only. Phone cancellations and answering machine messages are not acceptable. If the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, no charges apply. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows, you will be charged the full deposit amount that is stated within the Large Party Contract. Parties arriving more than 30 minutes late must contact Keg management. 4) IS THERE A MINIMUM I MUST SPEND? The Private Dining Room is reserved with a minimum purchase of $1,200 of Food and Beverage (Sun-Thurs) and $2,200 of Food and Beverage (Fri-Sat). This does not include Taxes or Gratuity. 5) DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING? Certain Keg locations may require a deposit for group dining depending on the size of the group, time of year and seating availability. When a deposit is required, a Keg Manager will make arrangements with you prior to the reservation date. 6) IS A SERVICE CHARGE APPLIED TO THE FINAL BILL? The Keg does not apply a Service Charge to guest checks. However, we suggest that the event coordinator discuss a recommended gratuity amount with The Keg manager along with other details prior to the date of the event. This will help to avoid any confusion with deposits, separate payment methods and other event details at the time of billing. 7) WHAT ARE YOUR AV CAPABILITES? Our store is equipped with a 75-inch Smart TV. Any Apple device can be connected wirelessly using Screen Mirroring. The television is complimentary to use and an HDMI cable is provided. However, we recommend you provide your own HDMI cable that is compatible with your devices. We are not responsible for any devices that are not compatible with our TV. You are more than welcome to bring in your own AV equipment for presentation use. 8) WHAT ARE YOUR SEATING ACCOMMODATIONS? The maximum occupancy for our Private Dining room is 45 guests without use of AV equipment. For any bringing in AV equipment, the Private Dining room will comfortably seat 40 guests to allow room for the equipment.
