The Desert Ridge Keg is perfect for any celebration, large or small. With a Private Dining space that can accommodate up to 45 guests, this location is the ideal space to host private events and presentations. When it comes to steak, we serve only the finest cuts, aged for tenderness and seasoned with a unique blend. Classic cocktails, signature appetizers, delicious seafood and an outstanding wine list round out The Keg s classic menu. There are also plenty of Gluten Free and Vegetarian options available for those with meat or fish allergies or sensitivities. 7 ` FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) HOW DO I REQUEST A RESERVATION? All Private Dining requests are based on availability. Please contact the General Manager or the Guest Services Manager to inquire about making a Private Dining reservation. Please your request to desertridgegroups@kegrestaurants.com, or call The General Manager or the Guest Services Manager will be in contact with you within 24 hours. 2) HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY EVENT IS CONFIRMED? After inquiring with a store manager about a group dining reservation, you will be contacted to confirm the details of your reservation. Once these details are confirmed and your reservation is in our system, you will be notified by a store manager and/or through Open Table. 3) WHAT IS YOUR PRIVATE DINING CANCELL ATION POLICY? Reservations must be cancelled by only. Phone cancellations and answering machine messages are not acceptable. If the reservation is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance, no charges apply. If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of the event date or no-shows, you will be charged the full deposit amount that is stated within the Large Party Contract. Parties arriving more than 30 minutes late must contact Keg management. 4) WHAT ARE YOUR SEATING ACCOMMODATIONS? The maximum occupancy for our Private Dining room is 45 guests without use of AV equipment. For any guest bringing in AV equipment, the Private Dining room will comfortably seat 40 guests to allow room for the equipment. Guest occupancy may differ based on the requested room layout. 5) DO WE ALL NEED TO ARRIVE ON TIME? We encourage each member of your party to arrive on time, but we understand that situations will arise that cause some people to be late. If there are members of your party who are more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you inform our staff and have all members that are present proceed with their orders. Please be aware that seating for your party may need to be rearranged if a significant number of guests are late or are unable to attend. 6) IS THERE A MINIMUM I MUST SPEND? The Private Dining Room is reserved with a minimum purchase of $1,200 of Food and Beverage (Sun-Thurs) and $2,200 of Food and Beverage (Fri-Sat). This does not include Taxes or Gratuity. 7) DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT WHEN BOOKING? Certain Keg locations may require a deposit for group dining depending on the size of the group, time of year and seating availability. When a deposit is required, a Keg manager will make arrangements with you prior to the reservation date. 8) IS A SERVICE CHARGE APPLIED TO THE FINAL BILL? The Keg does not apply a Service Charge to guest checks. However, we suggest that you discuss a recommended gratuity amount with a Keg manager along with other details prior to the date of the event. This will help to avoid any confusion with deposits, separate payment methods and other event details at the time of billing. 9) WHAT ARE YOUR AV/PROJECTION CAPABILITES? Our store is equipped with a 75-inch Smart TV. Any Apple device can be connected wirelessly using Screen Mirroring. The television is complimentary to use and an HDMI cable is provided. However, we recommend you provide your own HDMI cable that is compatible with your devices. We are not responsible for any devices that are not compatible with our TV. You are more than welcome to bring in your own AV equipment for presentation use. 10) WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR WINE LIST & ALTERNATIVE MENU OPTIONS? Menus vary slightly by location.
