7 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1) HOW DO I REQUEST A RESERVATION? All requests are considered based on availability. Please laval@kegrestaurants.com and include the following details: a contact name, and phone number for the reservation, the date and time of your event, the projected number of guests, the menu and beverage selections of your choice, as well as any additional details including food allergies or intolerances. A manager will respond to all requests within 24 hours or one business day. 2) HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY EVENT IS CONFIRMED? Provided that we are able to meet your request, you will then receive an official event summary for your booking via . We will notify you when your reservation is logged into our system, and you will receive a confirmation from noreply@opentable.com at that time. Please save this for your own record, do not reply to noreply@opentable.com. If you require further follow-up, please call the Keg location directly to speak with a manager. 3) WHAT IS THE 48-HOUR POLICY? Without exception, you must confirm your reservation directly with The Keg within 48 hours prior to your event. Unfortunately, if you are unable to confirm the details with us at that time, we will release your reservation from our system and you will receive an from noreply@opentable.com alerting you that your reservation is now cancelled. NOTE: Should your guest count significantly decrease upon arrival, and you fail to provide 48 hours notice in advance, your party may be subject to additional fees as determined by Keg Management, with respect to the number of confirmed guests your reservation was originally intended for. 4) WHAT IF I WISH TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION? Traditionally, reservations at The Keg are accepted on the honour system. We serve every event with the utmost courtesy and hope that our guests reflect the same courtesy back to us. We require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the date of your event should any details change after the confirmation s are sent. Please phone the location of your reservation to speak with a manager directly to cancel or request any changes. 5) IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND? Depending on the requirements of your request, we may set an expected spend which will be noted in your official event summary. This is part of our predetermined agreement with you in order to staff, prepare and execute your reservation successfully. 6) DO WE ALL NEED TO ARRIVE ON TIME? Yes. Upon arrival, your party will be seated only when 75% of the total expected guests have arrived. For example, if you have a reservation for 20 guests, 15 guests must be in attendance in order to proceed with the reservation. Failing that, alternative arrangements may be suggested if your guest count is incongruent with your original reservation. (See note in #2.) 7) DO YOU REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OR DEPOSIT? No. All costs will be settled in full on the day of your event according to the predetermined expected spend where applicable. 8) WHAT ARE YOUR AV/PROJECTION CAPABILITIES? Arrangements can be made to facilitate the operation your own audio/visual equipment by request where possible. 9) WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR WINE LIST & ALTERNATIVE MENU OPTIONS?
